Fast Retailing Wins 3rd Place Overall and Grand Awards in Three Categories at the International ARC Awards 2025

The Fast Retailing Integrated Report 2024 (English-language edition) won third place in the Best of Show (Grand Prix) out of 1,375 entries at the International ARC Awards 2025, the world's largest annual report contest. The report was also named Best of Category Grand Winner in three separate categories: Chairman's Letter, Photography, and Specialized Annual Reports, and received a Gold Award for Interior Design.
The Fast Retailing Integrated Report 2024 offers insight into the factors underpinning global support for our pillar UNIQLO operation and its central LifeWear concept for ultimate everyday clothing as well as the company's future growth potential. It also explains our committed approach to pursuing sustainability activities in conjunction with business operations, and highlights some of our ongoing sustainability initiatives. The report uses visuals, diagrams, illustrations, and editing techniques that enable readers to gain a swift understanding of our performance and activities and is designed to serve as a tool for deepening dialogue with all Fast Retailing Group stakeholders, including our business partners and employees as well as our shareholders and investors.

The International ARC Awards 2025 contest is a global annual report competition held by MerComm, Inc., an independent awards organization located in the United States. Many companies, non-governmental organizations, government agencies, and other groups from all over the world enter the competition each year. This year marked the 39th year for the competition and attracted 1,375 entries from 28 countries. The organization is not influenced by specific industries, advertisers, or sponsors. Reviews and evaluations are executed in a fair manner by nearly 200 judges from multiple countries and multiple fields ranging from finance to corporate and manufacturing.
The ARC offers one Grand Award as well as Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Honors awards for various annual report categories, including Overall Excellence, Cover Design, Chairman's Letter, Photography, and Interior Design. Winning a Gold award is difficult, with successful candidates having to earn a minimum of 90 points on average out of a possible 100 points across all the evaluation categories. Only five percent of prize-winning reports achieve that score. Furthermore, only one Gold Award recipient in each category can win the Grand Award. The Best of Show is the highest accolade given to the best of all the annual reports submitted in any one year.
