There have been a number of reports in the media recently concerning the business partnership between Fast Retailing and Seven & i Holdings. While it is true that the two companies have begun discussion on a partnership between 7-Eleven and UNIQLO regarding a range of areas, aimed at together creating new customer value and services in Japan's retail industry, we are merely at a stage of considering possibilities and nothing has been decided at this time. In addition, some reports in the Japanese media are stating that the business partnership is comprehensive and includes the revitalization of a subsidiary company of Seven & i Holdings, and this is not true.
