Fast Retailing Establishes Joint Venture with Xymax Group Corporation

Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. announces that it today concluded a joint venture agreement with Xymax Group Corporation (Xymax), a general real estate service company.
Fast Retailing aims to further improve store services by strengthening its operation and management system for commercial facilities. Xymax has a high level of expertise and a solid track record in the real estate service business. Accordingly, Fast Retailing has selected Xymax as its business partner and the companies have agreed to establish a joint venture firm.
Fast Retailing began operating commercial facilities with the opening of Mina Tenjin in 2005, and through the renovation of such commercial facilities as Mina Kyoto, Mina Tenjin, and Marronnier Gate Ginza 2, has continued to operate and manage commercial facilities since.
Going forward, Fast Retailing will fully leverage Xymax's expertise in the operation and management of commercial facilities as part of its business foundation, striving to operate commercial facilities that will be even more satisfying for customers.
