UNIQLO Concludes Affiliation Agreement with Global Brand Ambassador Kei Nishikori

Global apparel retailer UNIQLO today announces that it has signed an affiliation contract with professional tennis player Kei Nishikori. The agreement recognizes Mr. Nishikori's significant contribution to promote UNIQLO and its LifeWear concept since first becoming a Global Brand Ambassador in 2011, including efforts to help develop tennis wear.
This new arrangement will help Mr. Nishikori to keep tackling new challenges as an international tennis star while partnering with UNIQLO to contribute to a better world through sport. He commented, "I am delighted to sign this affiliation agreement with UNIQLO. I look forward to continuing the journey we embarked on together 11 years ago to encourage people everywhere to pursue their dreams."

About Kei Nishikori
Kei was born in 1989 in Shimane Prefecture, Japan. He won his first ATP title in 2008. He reached the quarterfinals of the Australian Open in 2012. In 2014, he became the first Japanese national to compete in the men's singles final of the US Open. In 2015, he was Japan's first male in the semifinals of the Mexico Open. He was a Wimbledon quarterfinalist in 2018.
