UNIQLO and Global Brand Ambassador Kei Nishikori Team Up for Youth Tennis and Sustainability Clinic in Tokyo, December 4

Global apparel retailer, UNIQLO, today announces it will hold a youth tennis and sustainability clinic in Tokyo on December 4, with UNIQLO Global Brand Ambassador and Japanese tennis ace Kei Nishikori. Named UNIQLO LifeWear Day 2021-Tennis and Sustainability-with Kei Nishikori, the event will be hosted at MTS Tennis Arena in Mitaka, Tokyo, and will be supported by the Japan Tennis Association.
UNIQLO LifeWear Day 2021-Tennis and Sustainability-with Kei Nishikori is part of UNIQLO's ongoing commitment to sustainable social progress, and to fostering the health and development of young people through sport. It will be open to elementary school students from grade three through grade six. UNIQLO will select 30 participants through a random draw of online entries. At the clinic, children will join Mr. Nishikori in exploring small ways they can contribute to sustainability. He will also talk about his career and conduct tennis lessons.
Speaking of the event, Mr. Nishikori said, "I am delighted to take part in this UNIQLO initiative-a tremendous opportunity the children and I to learn more about how sustainable living can change the world. I also want to celebrate the joys of tennis, share insights from my experience, and inspire the children to reach for the stars. I look forward to meeting them all."
