Information Session for Infrastructure Engineer Position Supporting Global IT Infrastructure
The Fast Retailing Group is leveraging digital technology to create an environment in which customers can buy the clothes they really want, when they want them, and where they can find them quickly.
With more than 3,500 stores and e-commerce sites operating globally, the Fast Retailing Group is looking to further expand its business in the future.
To achieve this, it is essential to have a solid in-house development team that can lead business transformation not only in Japan but also across countries/regions/brands in close cooperation with the business divisions.
This time, we will hold a briefing session on the team position within the IT organization, which is the GHQ, that supports global business from the aspect of infrastructure.
We will discuss how we are working to build a stable infrastructure that can scale globally for our customers around the world. We will also have a presentation by the person in charge of each area to give you a more detailed understanding of the position.

Part 1 - Explanation of Fast Retailing's business, its outlook, and the efforts of its IT organization: 30 minutes
This part of the day will focus on Fast Retailing's business, its outlook, and the efforts of the IT organization and infrastructure team.
Part 2. second half - roundtable/breakout session: 30 minutes approx.
We will divide the group by position, and each group will discuss specific projects and development environments in their respective areas. Afterwards, questions will be accepted and answered, so please use this session as an opportunity to ask questions and get answers.
Both presentations and breakout sessions will be conducted in Japanese.
