■Department Overview
The Digital Business Transformation Services Department is dedicated to defining the "ideal state" of operations from the customer's perspective and leading the realization of business transformation using the latest IT technologies. To achieve the "Ariake Project," we are accelerating in-house development not only for e-commerce and store systems but also for core systems centered on the supply chain. A diverse range of professionals, including Project Managers, In-House Development Engineers, Data Scientists, and UI/UX Designers, are actively contributing.Cloud Infrastructure Engineers and Network Engineers belong to the "Infrastructure Team," consistently leading the design, construction, and operation of infrastructure for all brands within the group and globally.

■Job Description
・Research, design, and implement global network configurations for next-generation systems utilizing cloud services
・Standardize, design, and implement optimal store networks aligned with customer service and digital app rollouts across approximately 3,500+ stores worldwide
・Design and implement networks aligned with global site expansion (offices, warehouses, data centers, etc.)
・Optimize network resource utilization and evaluate/implement security measures using cloud services or data center-provided resources such as proxy servers, firewalls, WAN acceleration, SDN, CDN, SSL-VPN, etc.

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in designing, developing, and operating IT systems and networks (3+ years of practical experience in any one area)
・A sense of ownership enabling you to execute specific problem-solving from requirements definition to operation, not just construction and development
・Leadership to proactively identify challenges, engage others globally, and solve problems with attention to detail
・Experience in organizational/project management or mentoring subordinates/junior colleagues
・Ability to proactively engage in a work environment where English is used daily ※Current fluency or practical experience is not required.

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities (*At least one of the following knowledge/experience is required)
・Planning, building, and operating global networks optimized for the cloud era
・Efficiency studies and implementation for network construction/operation of globally distributed stores/offices
・Design, configuration, and troubleshooting of network equipment such as firewalls and routers
・Optimization of network resources and costs using proxy servers, WAN acceleration, SDN, CDN, SSL-VPN, etc.

・Annual Salary Range: ¥6.56 million - ¥14.94 million (Monthly Salary: ¥410,000 - ¥830,000)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
