■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Individuals who share the same perspective as the Executive Board and can tackle challenges as key drivers of business transformation
・Individuals capable of communicating smoothly in a business context with external parties and colleagues from other departments, both in Japan and abroad

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・A TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or the ability to communicate in English without difficulty in a business setting
