Job Description

We view the current period of transformation as our “Fourth Founding,” and one of the drivers of this transformation is the utilization of technology.For this position, we are seeking a leader to spearhead the renewal, maintenance, and operation of corporate infrastructure—including ID management, device management, and communication platforms—as well as work-style transformations from a communication perspective (ensuring all employees have access to the same information and work in coordination).

■ Department Overview
The Digital Business Transformation Services Department, to which you will be assigned, is tasked with defining the “ideal state” of business operations from the customer’s perspective and leading and implementing business transformations utilizing the latest IT technologies.To realize the “Ariake Project,” we are rapidly accelerating in-house development not only of e-commerce and store systems but also of core systems centered on the supply chain. A wide range of professionals—including project managers, in-house development engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers—are actively contributing to this effort.
The Common Infrastructure Services Team, which includes Corporate Infrastructure Engineers, is dedicated to providing an environment where our 120,000 employees worldwide can work safely and comfortably, delivering IT services that promptly resolve questions and issues, and promoting work-style transformations for employees.

■Job Description
As a Corporate Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Reviewing and operating the architecture of the globally unified ID management platform
・Design, validation, deployment, and management of devices used for various business operations globally
・Promoting work-style transformation through the effective use of communication tools (ensuring all employees have access to the same information and can work in coordination)

Qualifications

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 3 years of practical experience in infrastructure (proposal, implementation, and operations)
・Experience in organizational or project management, or experience mentoring subordinates or junior staff
・Individuals who are proactive and willing to work in an environment where English is used on a daily basis *Fluency or prior work experience in English is not required at this stage.

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in building and operating large-scale infrastructure
・Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
・Experience proposing, implementing, and operating Microsoft-related solutions (Azure AD, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
・Experience proposing, implementing, and operating client PC management solutions (Windows PCs, Macs, iOS, Android, VDI, etc.)
・Experience in proposing, building, and operating device management solutions (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, AirWatch, Jamf, etc.)
・Experience proposing and implementing work-style transformations, as well as building and operating communication tool platforms (Google Workspace, M365, etc.)

Full-time Employee (Permanent position; 3-month probationary period)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million yen – 14.94 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000 – 830,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position
・Flexible work schedule
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Flexible hours…6:00–9:00 and 14:00–20:00 (Overtime may be required)

・Supervisors
Based on the working hours of the employee’s department; left to the employee’s discretion

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays) Annual paid leave, special leave (including leave for weddings and bereavement), childcare and family care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
