Outline of the department
The mission of the Digital Business Transformation Service Department, to which you will be assigned, is to define the "ideal" business operations from the customer's perspective, and to lead and realize business transformation using the latest IT technology. In order to realize the "Ariake Project", we are accelerating the in-house development of EC and store systems as well as core systems centered on the supply chain, and a wide range of personnel, including project managers, in-house development engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers, are working in this field. The Common Infrastructure Services Team, to which the corporate infrastructure engineer belongs, provides a safe and comfortable environment for 120,000 employees worldwide, offers IT services that immediately resolve questions and problems, and promotes transformation of the way employees work.

■ Job Description
As a corporate infrastructure engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks
Review/operation of the architecture of the globally unified ID management infrastructure
Design/Verification/Implementation/Management of devices used for various tasks globally
Transformation of work style by making full use of communication tools (realization of all employees seeing the same information and working in tandem)

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure (proposal/construction/operation)
Experience in organization/project management or leadership of subordinates/junior staff
Experience in English is not required for this position.

Experience managing projects with a large number of stakeholders
Experience in proposal/construction/operation of Microsoft related solutions (AzureAD/AD/M365, etc.)
Experience in proposal/construction/operation of client PC management solutions (Windows PC/Mac/iOS/Android/VDI, etc.)
Experience in proposal/configuration/operation of device management related solutions (Intune/SCCM/Autopilot/Airwatch/Jamf, etc.)
Experience in proposing/implementing transformation of work styles and building/operating communication tool infrastructure (GoogleWorkspace/M365, etc.)

Annual salary range: 6.56 million yen - 14.94 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000 - 830,000 yen)
