For this position, we are seeking an individual to lead the renewal and ongoing operation of security infrastructure—the common foundation for internal systems, including authentication and authorization platforms and device management platforms.

■Department Overview
The Digital Business Transformation Services Department, where you will be assigned, has the mission of defining the "ideal state" of operations from the customer's perspective and leading and realizing business transformation using the latest IT technologies.To realize the "Ariake Project," we are accelerating in-house development not only for e-commerce and store systems but also for core systems centered on the supply chain. A diverse range of professionals, including project managers, in-house development engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers, are actively contributing.
The Common Infrastructure Services Team, where Security Infrastructure Engineers belong, provides an environment where 120,000 employees worldwide can work safely and comfortably, delivers IT services that promptly resolve questions and issues, and drives employee workstyle transformation.

■Job Description
As a Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will be engaged in the following tasks:
・Migrating to a Zero Trust model (including transition to a globally unified authentication/authorization platform and device management platform, behavior detection, etc.)
・Enhancing convenience and security through transformation of authentication mechanisms and processes
・Maintaining and operating the globally unified authentication and authorization infrastructure

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・3+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience (proposal/construction/operation)
・Experience in organizational/project management, or mentoring subordinates/junior colleagues

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in large-scale infrastructure construction/operation
・Project management experience involving multiple stakeholders
・Experience proposing/building/operating authentication/authorization solutions (Azure AD/AD/ADFS/biometric authentication/IDM, etc.)
・TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or the ability to converse, read, and write in English for business purposes

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥6.56 million - ¥14.94 million (Monthly Salary: ¥410,000 - ¥830,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All based on company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)

Flexible working hours system, or managerial/supervisory role

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Flexible hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)
