The Fast Retailing Group is transforming its business model from traditional retail into a "Digital Consumer Retail Company," aiming to enrich the lives of people everywhere by providing "LifeWear" to customers around the world.To achieve this, our Digital Business Transformation Services Department is leading company-wide transformation not only by promoting globalization, cloud adoption, and mobile initiatives using the latest technologies, but also by implementing IT that generates profit—what we call “proactive IT.”
For this position, we are seeking a candidate to lead the renewal, maintenance, and operation of our security infrastructure—the common foundation of our internal systems, including authentication and authorization platforms and device management platforms.

The Digital Business Transformation Services Department, to which you will be assigned, is committed to defining the “ideal state” of business operations from the customer’s perspective and leading and realizing business transformation through the use of the latest IT technologies.To realize the “Ariake Project,” we are rapidly accelerating in-house development of core systems—primarily supply chain systems—in addition to e-commerce and store systems. A diverse range of professionals, including project managers, in-house development engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers, are actively contributing to this effort.
The Common Infrastructure Services Team, which includes Security Infrastructure Engineers, is dedicated to providing an environment where our 120,000 employees worldwide can work safely and comfortably, delivering IT services that promptly resolve queries and issues, and promoting workplace transformation for our employees.
■Job Description
As a Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Transition to a Zero Trust model (migration to a globally unified authentication and authorization platform/device management platform, behavior detection, etc.)
・Improving convenience and security through the transformation of authentication mechanisms and processes
・Maintenance and operation of a globally unified authentication and authorization platform
*The Job Description may change depending on department transfers or organizational changes, within the scope of duties related to each department within the headquarters.

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・3+ years of practical experience in infrastructure (proposal, implementation, and operation)
・Experience in organizational or project management, or experience mentoring subordinates or junior colleagues
■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in building and operating large-scale infrastructure
・Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
・Experience in proposing, building, and operating authentication/authorization solutions (Azure AD, Active Directory, ADFS, biometric authentication, IDM, etc.)
・TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or the ability to converse, read, and write in English for business purposes

・Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million yen – 14.94 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000 yen – 830,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the above.
