The mission of the hiring department, the “Digital Business Transformation Services Department,” is to create results by defining, building, and ensuring the full utilization of business systems—all with a customer-centric, forward-looking perspective—without barriers between business and IT, headquarters and the field, or the physical and virtual worlds.A key feature of our department is that we handle the entire end-to-end process of business and system transformation. While we maintain in-house control over the core aspects of business design and system development, we also actively collaborate with companies possessing world-leading technologies to advance the adoption of new technologies, including AI.Our organization consists of a multinational team with diverse backgrounds—including project managers, engineers, and data scientists. Job Description

• Design, implementation, and management of infrastructure and architecture utilizing cloud technologies (primarily AWS, Azure, and GCP)
• Promoting architecture standardization and global deployment
• Formulation and implementation of automation and optimization strategies to ensure stable system operations
• Design, implementation, and management of architectures for global content delivery using a CDN (Akamai)

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities

• You must be capable of independently designing and building infrastructure architectures using cloud platforms and hold one of the following certifications or possess equivalent skills:

　– AWS Solution Architect (Associate or higher)
　– Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher)
　– Google Cloud Architect

• Design, development, and operation of IT systems (3 or more years of experience)
• Linux system administrator skills (at least 1 year of experience)
• Skills equivalent to LPIC Level 1
• Experience in organizational or project management, or experience mentoring subordinates or junior staff
• Candidates who are willing to actively engage in a work environment where English is used on a daily basis *Fluency or professional experience at this time is not required.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree from a college specializing in information processing, or an Information Technology Engineer certification (Applied level or higher)
• Experience in the design, construction, and operation of global infrastructure on public/private clouds (1 year or more)
• Experience in architecture design and implementation using open-source software (1 year or more)
• Experience in database design and tuning for large-scale systems (1 year or more)

　– DBA experience with Oracle, SAP HANA, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

• Experience with CDNs, large-scale traffic control, and infrastructure automation (e.g., DevOps)

Annual Salary

• Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million yen – 14.94 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000 – 830,000 yen)
• Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
• Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
• Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
