The mission of the hiring department, the "Digital Business Transformation Services Department," is to create results by defining, building, and fully utilizing business systems with a customer-centric, forward-looking perspective—breaking down barriers between operations and IT, headquarters and the field, and the physical and virtual worlds.A key feature of our department is that we handle the entire end-to-end process of business and transformation. While we maintain in-house control over the core aspects of business design and system development, we also actively collaborate with companies possessing world-leading technologies to advance the adoption of new technologies, including AI.Our organization consists of a multinational team with diverse backgrounds, including project managers, engineers, and data scientists. ■Job Description
・Design, implementation, and management of infrastructure and architecture utilizing cloud technologies (primarily AWS, Azure, and GCP)
・Promoting architecture standardization and global deployment
・Formulation and implementation of automation and optimization strategies to ensure stable system operations
・Design, implementation, and management of architecture for global content delivery using CDN (Akamai)

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Ability to independently design and build infrastructure architecture using cloud platforms, and possession of one of the following certifications or equivalent skills
　－AWS Solution Architect (Associate or higher)
　－Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher)
　－Google Cloud Architect
・Design, development, and operation of IT systems (3+ years of experience)
・Linux system administrator skills (1+ years of experience)
・Skills equivalent to LPIC Level 1
・Experience in organizational or project management, or experience mentoring subordinates or junior staff
・Candidates who are willing to actively engage in a work environment where English is used on a daily basis *Fluency or practical experience at this stage is not required.

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent, or Information Technology Engineer certification (Applied level or higher)
・Experience in designing, building, and operating global infrastructure on public/private clouds (1+ years)
・Experience in architecture design and implementation using OSS (1 year or more)
・Experience in database design and tuning for large-scale systems (1+ years)
　－DBA experience with Oracle, SAP HANA, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million yen – 14.94 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000 yen – 830,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
