The mission of the hiring department, the “Digital Business Transformation Services Department,” is to create results by defining, building, and ensuring the full utilization of business systems—all with a customer-centric, forward-looking perspective—without barriers between business and IT, headquarters and the field, or the physical and virtual worlds.A key feature of our department is that we manage the entire end-to-end process of business and transformation. While we maintain in-house control over the core aspects of business design and system development, we also actively collaborate with companies possessing world-leading technologies to advance the adoption of new technologies, including AI.Our organization consists of a multinational team with diverse backgrounds—including project managers, engineers, and data scientists. ■Job Description
・Design, implementation, and management of infrastructure and architecture utilizing cloud technologies (primarily AWS, Azure, and GCP)
・Promoting architecture standardization and global deployment
・Formulation and implementation of automation and optimization measures to ensure stable system operations
・Design, implementation, and management of architectures for global content delivery using a CDN (Akamai)

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Ability to independently design and build infrastructure architecture using cloud platforms, and possession of one of the following certifications or equivalent skills:
　– AWS Solution Architect (Associate or higher)
　– Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher)
　– Google Cloud Architect
・Experience in the design, development, and operation of IT systems (3+ years)
・Linux system administrator skills (at least 1 year of experience)
・Skills equivalent to LPIC Level 1
・Experience in organizational or project management, or experience mentoring subordinates or junior staff
・Candidates who are willing to actively engage in a work environment where English is used on a daily basis *Fluency or professional experience at this time is not required.

■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Bachelor’s degree from a college specializing in information processing, or an Information Technology Engineer certification (Applied level or higher)
・Experience in designing, building, and operating global infrastructure on public or private clouds (1 year or more)
・Experience in architecture design and implementation using open-source software (OSS) (1 year or more)
・Experience in database design and tuning for large-scale systems (1 year or more)
　– DBA experience with any of the following: Oracle, SAP HANA, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
・Experience with CDNs ・Experience with large-scale traffic control ・Experience with infrastructure automation (e.g., DevOps)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million yen – 14.94 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000 – 830,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
