IT Department Project Manager Mid-Career Recruitment Information Session
This is an information session for the Project Manager position within Fast Retailing's IT department. It will be held at the Ariake Office.
At the Fast Retailing Group, we are driving business transformation through data utilization across all supply chain processes—from product planning and development to production, logistics, and sales in stores and online—to achieve our vision: "The clothes customers truly want, right where they want them, when they want them, ready to buy."
Our IT department, the "Digital Business Transformation Services Division," breaks down barriers between business and IT, headquarters and field operations, and physical and virtual spaces. We define, build, and fully leverage future-oriented business systems from a customer-centric perspective to drive results. Our hallmark is handling the entire business and transformation process end-to-end.
Project Managers lead the discovery of business challenges and, based on these challenges and opportunities, drive the reengineering of business processes using digital technology. They are expected to understand the essence of the business better than the operational staff and to drive business transformation.
This briefing session is planned as a two-part event.
The first part, aimed at "Understanding the Company," includes a tour of the Ariake Office, including areas normally restricted due to security, and presentations by leaders. They will explain the role of IT within the Fast Retailing Group globally, the expectations for Project Managers within that context, and specific project examples.
The second part aims to "understand specific work and working styles." Through small-group discussions with leaders from business domains such as VCP, SCM, and Frontend, we plan to deepen your understanding in a relaxed atmosphere.
We look forward to your active participation.
