■ Department Overview
The mission of the hiring department, the "Digital Business Transformation Services Department," is to create results by defining, building, and fully utilizing business systems with a customer-centric, forward-looking perspective—breaking down barriers between business and IT, headquarters and the field, and the physical and virtual worlds.A key feature of our department is that we handle the entire end-to-end process of business and transformation. While we maintain in-house control over the core aspects of business design and system development, we also actively collaborate with companies possessing world-leading technologies to advance the adoption of new technologies, including AI.Our organization consists of a multinational team with diverse backgrounds, including project managers, engineers, and data scientists. Each member leverages their unique strengths to collaborate across teams and departments, prioritizing the delivery of the best customer experiences, business growth, and the personal development of our employees.

■Job Description
As a project leader for system development aimed at solving business challenges in your assigned area (see "Expected Scope" below), you will lead the following series of tasks in system development:
・Business Requirements Definition: Creating business flow diagrams, defining business logic, and drafting user stories
・System Requirements Definition: High-level design, coordination of system integration, definition of non-functional requirements, etc.
・System Design: Development planning, detailed design, application framework development, infrastructure setup, etc.
・Implementation and Unit Testing: Coding, development management, quality control (in collaboration with external partner companies)
・Operation and Business Adoption: Scenario creation, test automation, quality control
・Integration Testing & UAT: Business Adoption (Effectiveness Monitoring), Continuous Improvement, Operational Support

・You will not be limited to system development projects; in the future, you will be responsible for end-to-end management, covering everything from defining business challenges, system planning and strategy, and business requirements definition to system development and operations.
・You will have the opportunity to work on projects expanding beyond Japan to overseas operations, broadening your scope of activity on a global stage.
・Through transfers to other teams within the IT department or to the business side, you will be expected to play a role in driving solutions to the company’s management challenges in the medium to long term.

Qualifications

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 3 years of experience leading the entire system development process—from system requirements definition through testing and release—in the IT sector at consulting firms, system integrators, or business companies (applicable to both in-house and client projects)
・Experience in organizational or project management, or experience mentoring subordinates or junior staff

■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience leading and driving the projects described above as a project leader or senior systems engineer
・Experience leading projects—from planning and strategy formulation through to system requirements definition, implementation, and operational improvements—to address challenges at your own company or client companies
・Experience in simple data analysis using SQL and proposing business transformation initiatives
・Business English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher is preferred)

Work Conditions

Full-time Employee (Permanent, with a 3-month probationary period)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 7.04 million yen – 17 million yen (Monthly Salary: 440,000 yen – 940,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days), special leave (for regular employees, 8 days granted per half-year in addition to paid leave), annual paid leave, special and bereavement leave, childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc. 120 days off per year.
