■Outline of the department
The mission of the "Digital Business Transformation Service Department" is to create results by defining, building, and thoroughly utilizing future-oriented business systems from the customer's perspective, regardless of the boundaries between business and IT, headquarters and field, and real and virtual. We are characterized by our end-to-end approach to the entire process of business and system transformation. While controlling the core aspects of business construction and system development in-house, we also actively collaborate with companies that possess the world's most advanced technologies and promote the introduction of new technologies such as AI. The organization is composed of multinational members with diverse backgrounds, including project managers, engineers, and data scientists, who use their strengths to collaborate across team and department boundaries to achieve the best customer experience and business growth, while placing importance on employee growth.
■ Job Description
As a project leader of system development to solve business issues in your area of responsibility (see assumed area below), you will lead the following series of tasks in system development.
Define business requirements: create business flow, define business logic, and create user stories
System requirement definition: external design, coordination of system integration, non-functional requirement definition, etc.
System design: development planning, detailed design, application infrastructure development, infrastructure construction, etc.
Implementation and unit testing: Coding, development management, quality control (in collaboration with external partners)
Operation and business process integration: scenario creation, test automation, and quality control
Comprehensive testing and UAT: Establishment of operations (effectiveness monitoring), continuous improvement, and practical support.

In addition to system development projects, you will be in charge of end-to-end projects from the definition of business issues, system planning and strategy, and business requirements to system development and operation.
You will be involved in projects not only in Japan but also in overseas operations, giving you the opportunity to broaden your activities on the global stage.
You will also be expected to play a role in promoting solutions to the company's management issues in the mid- to long-term through transfer to other teams within the IT department or to the business side.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience leading a series of system development processes from system requirement definition to testing and release in the IT domain at a consulting firm, SIer, or business enterprise (both in-house and for clients).

Experience in leading projects from planning and strategy formulation to system requirement definition, implementation, and operational improvement, for the company's own or client's issues
Experience in simple data analysis and business transformation proposals using SQL
