Job Description

■ Department Overview
The mission of the hiring department, the “Digital Business Transformation Services Department,” is to create results by defining, building, and ensuring the full utilization of business systems—all from a customer-centric, forward-looking perspective—without barriers between business and IT, headquarters and the field, or the physical and virtual worlds.A key feature of our department is that we manage the entire end-to-end process of business and transformation. While we maintain in-house control over the core aspects of business process design and system development, we also actively collaborate with companies possessing world-leading technologies to advance the adoption of new technologies, including AI.Our organization consists of a multinational team with diverse backgrounds—including project managers, engineers, and data scientists. Each member leverages their individual strengths to collaborate across team and departmental boundaries, prioritizing the delivery of the best customer experience, business growth, and the professional development of our employees.

■Job Description
You will identify operational challenges in your assigned area (see “Expected Scope” below) and lead the reengineering of business processes using digital technology based on these challenges and opportunities. We expect you to understand the operations in your assigned area even better than the staff directly responsible for them and to drive transformation.
・Defining and elaborating on business transformation themes (challenges) within each business area
・Design and drive business transformation projects utilizing IT technologies
 • Formulating project roadmaps
 Communicating with and managing internal and external stakeholders
 Leading the practical work of prototype development and system implementation
 Management and leadership of the entire project, including resource and risk management
・Improving system operations based on feedback from customers and end-users
・Rollout and adoption of the system across global operations

Qualifications

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 5 years of experience in the IT field—including at consulting firms, system integrators, or corporate entities—related to business process transformation, business process design, and system design, operation, and development (experience with either your own company or clients is acceptable)
・Experience in organizational or project management, or experience mentoring subordinates or junior staff

■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience leading and driving the above projects as a project manager or senior systems engineer
・Experience leading projects addressing management and business challenges—extending beyond planning and strategy formulation to include requirements definition, implementation, and operational improvements
・Experience in basic data analysis using SQL and proposing business transformation initiatives
・Business English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher is preferred) *Even if your language proficiency does not currently meet this standard, please feel free to apply if you are committed to improving your language skills over the next few years.

Work Conditions

Full-time Employee (Permanent position, with a 3-month probationary period)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8 million to 20 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000 to 1.1 million yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.
