Information Session exclusively for consulting firms (Global IT Planning/Strategy Project Manager Candidates)
This meetup is exclusively for those who are currently working for a consulting firm and are considering a career change opportunity to an operating company.
Many of Fast Retailing Group's employees come from consulting firms, but this time we will be speaking directly with a department manager and leader who belongs to the Digital Business Transformation Service Department (IT Department), which is the key to global company-wide transformation, and is promoting transformation on the front lines.
We will provide information on the differences and similarities between consulting firms and Fast Retailing, opportunities, management impact, working styles, and other information that only those with knowledge of both can provide.

■Target positions and departments to be assigned
This is a candidate for a global IT planning and strategy project manager who will lead global digital transformation projects as a business transformation leader.
The Business Transformation Leader of the Digital Business Transformation Service Department, our IT division, is expected to deeply penetrate into the business division, identify business issues, formulate solutions, secure budgets, organize teams with internal and external members, create systems, deploy, utilize, and improve systems globally, and create results all the way through to the end. The candidate will be expected to lead the entire process.
By working across the business and systems divisions, we hope that together we can achieve our goal of delivering better clothes, faster and more reliably to our customers around the world through true business transformation and business problem solving through each project.

(1) Presentation on Fast Retailing's business and digital transformation/recruitment position (15 minutes)
2. panel discussion (35 minutes)
The general managers and leaders who lead the product development, SCM, and store areas will give their honest opinions on items that are likely to be raised as questions or concerns by those who are considering Fast Retailing as post-consultants.
