Third Round of Clothing Donations for Areas Hit by Torrential Rains

Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. offers its deepest condolences for the many lives lost as a result of the torrential rains and flooding in Japan's southwestern region of Kyushu and other areas, and sympathies for all of those affected by the disaster.

Fast Retailing has donated 10,111 items of clothing comprising T-shirts, bottoms, and undergarments for men, women, children and babies, as additional relief supplies for people staying in shelters in Yatsushiro City, Kumamura, and Ashitakamachi in Kumamoto Prefecture following a request from the prefectural government. The items were delivered today to Kumamoto Prefecture's relief supplies collection center.

Fast Retailing, in cooperation with the national and local governments, will continue to provide clothing assistance based on the needs of people in the disaster areas. Through coordination between communities and stores, Fast Retailing will deliver as quickly as possible the clothing needed by disaster victims.
