UNIQLO congratulates Global Brand Ambassador Ayumu Hirano on receiving the Medal of Honor with Purple Ribbon from the Japanese government. The Medal of Honor with Purple Ribbon is awarded to individuals who achieve outstanding feats in art, culture, sports, and academic research.

Hirano has encouraged many people through his exceptional performance in this winter's competition. UNIQLO will continue to work with the accomplished athlete to promote its LifeWear concept of clothing designed to make people's lives richer and more comfortable, and contribute to the realization of a better society.
