Fast Retailing Launches Global D&I Seminars for Senior Management
The Fast Retailing Group is committed to building an organization where diverse talent from around the world can grow, thrive, and fully leverage their individual strengths.
As part of this commitment, the company conducted a series of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) seminars for senior management across the business globally, beginning in April 2026.
D&I Session for GHQ Group Officers
During the seminars, participants developed a shared understanding of the Fast Retailing Group’s approach to D&I and discussed the mindsets and behaviors needed for people from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences to collaborate effectively and achieve results together. Through case-based discussions and exchanges of ideas, participants also explored practical actions they can take in their daily management and team leadership to foster more inclusive and high-performing organizations.
