Job Description
Background of Recruitment
Fast Retailing (FR) Group is undergoing a major company-wide transformation in order to create a "new industry" based on the concept of "LifeWear" and to become the world's No. 1 apparel company. We need to attract human resources, not only from Japan but also from overseas, who can promote and lead the transformation in various areas and fields during this phase of discontinuous structural transformation of our business model. In the area of career recruiting, it is also important to continuously improve conventional methods and create new recruiting methods, rather than following the conventional way of doing things. In this context, we are looking for a person who can lead the creation of new recruitment methods by improving the quantitative and qualitative level of career recruitment, while being in charge of recruiting.
■Areas of Responsibility
The Career Recruiting Team is in charge of mid-career recruiting (permanent, contract, and temporary employees) for Fast Retailing and UNIQLO headquarters employees. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting for several departments, and will also be expected to plan and promote projects to create new recruiting methods.
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters as a result of departmental transfers and organizational changes.

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Experience in planning and promotion in HR-related fields at a business company, or planning and promotion in middle office such as business planning or sales planning
The candidate must have the same perspective as the business management board and be able to work on problem solving as a party to bring about business transformation.
Experience in always thinking of and implementing better ways of doing things, without being bound by existing ways of doing things.

Business level Japanese and English *Communication with agents and candidates in English will be required. English proficiency is TOEIC 700 or above.

Annual salary range: 672-10 million yen (monthly salary: 420,000-570,000 yen)
Allowance: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's business performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.
