Job Description

■Recruitment Background
The Fast Retailing (hereinafter “FR”) Group is undergoing a large-scale company-wide transformation to create a “new industry” based on the “LifeWear” concept—one that transcends traditional industry boundaries—and to become the world’s No. 1 apparel company. A radical transformation of our business model is essential, and at this critical juncture of discontinuous structural transformation, we need to recruit talent—both domestically and internationally—who can drive and lead this transformation across various domains and fields.In the area of career recruitment, it is no longer sufficient to simply follow conventional methods; we are now at a critical juncture where we must continuously improve existing practices and create new recruitment approaches. In this context, we are seeking an individual who can take charge of recruiter duties while leading efforts to enhance the quantity and quality of our career recruitment and pioneer unprecedented recruitment methods.

■Responsibilities
The Career Recruitment Team is responsible for the mid-career hiring of head office employees at Fast Retailing and UNIQLO (including regular employees, contract employees, and special-term employees). In this role, you will handle recruitment duties for several departments while leveraging your skills to plan and drive projects aimed at creating new recruitment methods.

Qualifications

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in planning and driving initiatives in HR-related fields at a business company, or experience in planning and driving initiatives in middle-office functions such as business planning or sales planning
・Ability to share the same perspective as the executive board and tackle challenges as a key driver of business transformation
・Experience in constantly devising and implementing better methods without being bound by existing practices

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English *Communication with recruiters and candidates in English will be required. A TOEIC score of 700 or higher is preferred

Full-time Employee (Permanent position, with a 3-month probationary period)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.72–10.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 420,000–570,000 yen)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the figures above

■ Working Hours
Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory roles
・Flexible work hours
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

・Supervisors
Based on the working hours of the employee’s department, with the decision left to the employee

■ Holidays and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
