Job Description
■ Background:
As Fast Retailing continues to accelerate its global growth, the mission and responsibilities of Investor Relations (IR) are constantly expanding. In particular, dialogue with investors regarding sustainability initiatives and corporate governance is increasing year by year. Due to the growing volume of IR work driven by these changes and the increasing importance of IR within the company, we are seeking a candidate who can take the initiative and lead this role.
■Department Overview:
The IR team plays a critical role in promptly and accurately explaining our financial performance and management policies to institutional investors, analysts, and individual investors. Our mission is to fairly communicate information regarding growth strategies, management policies, risks, and ESG to the market, strengthen trust with institutional investors, and attract stable, long-term shareholders.
As the IR Team is a small group of five members, there are many opportunities for growth, such as leading projects as a project leader, regardless of age or experience.
■Job Description:
Upon joining the company, you will initially work alongside current team members on the tasks listed below based on your aptitude, and we expect you to take the lead as a project leader in one of these areas at an early stage.

・Preparation of financial results materials
・Preparation of meeting minutes
・Handling investor inquiries
・Preparation of meeting notices

・Preparation of materials
・Monthly telephone interviews
◆Planning and management of ESG-related dialogues and events
・Conducting interviews with investors regarding ESG
・Planning, material preparation, and management of sustainability briefings and small meetings
◆ Creation of IR materials

・Candidates with experience in any of the following areas
Experience in the IR department of a business corporation
Experience in the equities division or research department of a financial institution
Experience in the financial accounting department at a global headquarters
・Basic knowledge of balance sheets (BS), income statements (PL), and cash flow statements (CF); intermediate PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
・Ability to take the initiative in driving projects forward
■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・English proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or higher
*May vary depending on grade and responsibilities
*Usage: Mainly reading and writing documents, as well as daily conversation (email correspondence and phone calls with overseas investors)

・Annual Salary Range: 8–15.36 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–750,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
