■ Department Overview:
The IR team plays an important role in promptly and appropriately explaining business performance and management policies to institutional investors, analysts, and individual investors. The mission of the IR team is to fairly communicate growth strategies, management policies, risks, ESG and other information to the market, strengthen relationships of trust with institutional investors, and acquire stable shareholders with long-term holdings.
Because the IR team is small (5 members), there are many opportunities for growth, including leading projects as a project leader, regardless of age or experience.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Experience in one of the following
Experience in an IR department of a business corporation
Experience in an equity or research department of a financial institution
Experience in financial accounting department of a global headquarters
Basic knowledge of BS/PL/CF, intermediate PC skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Intermediate PC skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)

Experience, skills, and abilities that are welcome
English proficiency: TOEIC 700 or above

Annual salary range: 672-10 million yen (monthly salary: 420,000-570,000 yen)
