As our company accelerates its global expansion under the guiding principle of “Global One: Management by All,” the International Tax Specialist will be responsible for optimizing organizational structures from an international tax perspective, managing cross-border reorganizations,transfer pricing compliance, and assessing the associated impact on customs duties. While these tasks form the core of the role—including formulating optimal global strategies for the Group, providing support and guidance to Group companies, and managing international tax risks through negotiations with local authorities—we expect you to transcend the role of a mere tax specialist. a) Transfer pricing compliance
b) Handling international tax issues at domestic and overseas group companies
c) Cross-border organizational restructuring (share transfers, liquidations, organizational structure conversions, etc.)
d) Coordination and consolidation with various internal departments, including overseas group companies
e) Handling tax audits
f) Customs compliance
g) Consolidated tax filing
h) Bilateral negotiations (APA)
i) Risk management from the perspective of CFC tax regulations (tax havens)
j) BEPS Compliance (Preparation of CbCR = Country-by-Country Reports)

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 3 years of experience as a transfer pricing consultant or in international tax operations at a business corporation
・Business-level English proficiency
・Experience with cross-border organizational restructuring
・Experience in consolidated tax reporting
*Opportunities to travel abroad and communicate in English with relevant departments at overseas subsidiaries and related organizations will arise
■ Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience at a tax consulting firm
・Certified Public Tax Accountant (CPTA)
・Ability to think flexibly from a business perspective

・Annual Salary Range: 8–20 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–1,000,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
