Background of the Position
The Fast Retailing Group's Planning & Administration Department is responsible for driving the company-wide transformation and profit growth of the Fast Retailing Group, building a solid financial foundation to support the "3 trillion yen in sales global company," and acting as the global headquarters and safekeeper of each country's business. We are looking for a person who will consider the profit structure of the entire company and actively take the lead in discovering and resolving management issues.

About the Department
The accounting team, which supports the growth of the Fast Retailing Group, is expected to report important information necessary for management decisions to management in an accurate and timely manner, and at the same time, is expected to forecast and propose solutions to issues based on accounting figures.

■Job Description
As an accountant for one of Fast Retailing Group's brands in Japan, you will be in charge of accounting and compilation of financial statements. (Which brand you will be in charge of will be discussed with you during the selection process.)
You will not only simply perform your duties, but also comprehensively understand the company's financial position and operating results, and report information necessary for management decision-making directly to the management. Your mission will also be to promote advance forecasting and problem-solving proposals based on management figures.
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters as a result of departmental transfers and organizational changes.

Within the Planning and Management Department, there are all functions related to management figures such as business planning, accounting, finance, and taxation, so you can consider flexible transfers based on your abilities, wishes, and career plans. Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 5 years of experience in either accounting at a business company (including annual closing) or at an audit firm as an accountant.
TOEIC score of 700 or above or practical (conversational) experience
Ability to proactively solve problems while involving others
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Excel (basic functions)

Annual salary range: 8,000,000-15,760,000 yen (monthly salary: 530,000-870,000 yen)
