Job Description
Background

We are looking for a secretary who understands the responsibilities and business of the executives in charge and can provide flexible and meticulous support. This role is essential to ensure that the executives in charge are able to efficiently execute their duties and increase their productivity in order to achieve their business goals.
■ Job Description
Primarily, as the secretary in charge of a domestic executive, you will be responsible for the following duties Each person will be in charge of 2 to 4 executives.
Schedule management (Outlook)
Travel arrangements: domestic and overseas (including transportation, hotels, etc.)
Customer service: liaison, coordination, etc.
Coordination with other departments: Setting up meetings, etc.
Communication support
Arranging meetings and preparing meeting systems: setting up videoconferencing, teleconferencing, etc. (training provided)
Reimbursement of expenses, various internal application work, etc.
In addition, we can also provide support for some overseas executives when they visit Japan and serve as a contact person on the Japanese side.
Schedule management in Japan
Schedule management and other coordination work for visits to Japan
Communication support
Provide other support similar to that provided to executives in Japan.
*In normal operations, document preparation accounts for a small percentage, but may occur depending on the situation.
In general, there will be no accompanying business trips.
*Decisions on officers in charge are made based on a comprehensive assessment of your experience and other factors. The director in charge is subject to change due to changes in management or organizational structure.

Annual salary range: 4-7.5 million yen (monthly salary: 270,000-420,000 yen)
