To realize the Fast Retailing Group’s goal of “making e-commerce a core business,” Theory’s official online store is undergoing a business transformation to evolve into a digital flagship store that conveys the brand’s value to customers in the most refined way possible.To deliver a user-friendly and highly satisfying shopping experience for customers, we are seeking to expand our team of members involved in operating Theory’s e-commerce site.Department Overview:
The Digital Commerce Team, to which you will be assigned, is an organization dedicated to conveying Theory’s brand value to customers through the official online store and app, and driving the growth of the e-commerce business. We view the e-commerce site as a critical channel for directly conveying the brand’s vision and are committed to enhancing the customer shopping experience through content planning and site improvements.Job Description:
- Creation, updating, and management of product pages and feature pages on the Theory e-commerce site
- Planning product pages and feature pages; collaborating with writers and external production companies; and managing project progress
- Traffic analysis using tools such as GA4 and proposing improvements to SEO strategies
- Developing and planning customer acquisition strategies integrated with social media and advertising
Career Path:
After joining the company, you will be responsible for the operation and content creation of the Theory e-commerce site while collaborating with relevant colleagues within your department. Subsequently, you will drive the growth of the e-commerce site while also engaging in web traffic analysis, SEO strategies, and site improvement planning. Depending on your preferences, you may also participate in initiatives to propose site improvements and enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of HTML and at least two years of practical experience updating and modifying web pages using HTML
- Experience in planning and producing website content pages (2+ years)
- Experience working in a team
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of and practical experience with Movable Type
- Experience analyzing and optimizing website traffic
- Experience designing pages for fashion and apparel retail websites

Annual Salary
- Annual Salary Range: 3.49–5.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 230,000–330,000 yen)
- Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
- Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluations)
- Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
