Job Description
■Recruitment Background:
The Fast Retailing Group is transforming its business model beyond the traditional retail framework to become a “Digital Consumer Retail Company,” with the goal of becoming the world’s leading apparel group. We are seeking a Web Designer who can help us communicate the UNIQLO brand and products—created based on the “LifeWear” philosophy—to our customers through the power of digital technology, and who will work with us to drive the expansion of our e-commerce business.
■Department Overview:
The Marketing Department consists of the Global Marketing Department and the Japan Marketing Department. It aims to deeply understand brand value as well as the value of products and services, create new customers and markets, and contribute to both UNIQLO’s branding and business operations.The Global Marketing Department is responsible for establishing an unrivaled position for the UNIQLO brand worldwide and maximizing global sales, while the Japan Marketing Department is responsible for implementing numerous initiatives tailored specifically to the Japanese market that directly drive business results, with the goal of maximizing sales in Japan.
For this position, you will be assigned to the Japan Marketing Department upon joining the company.
■ Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for creative production in the online store and digital marketing domains, supporting the smooth execution of various initiatives. Specifically, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:
・Production of online store homepage content, digital flyers, feature pages, etc.
・Creating banners for the official LINE account and various digital media platforms
・Supporting the implementation and improvement of production manuals and checklists
・Managing production schedules in collaboration with stakeholders both within and outside the team
・Production of other initiatives as needed (special feature pages, advertising materials, etc.)

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience designing websites (for both smartphones and PCs)
・Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (enough to read and understand HTML and CSS source code)
・Experience using Adobe design tools, Figma, or similar tools
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Knowledge of project management tools and practical experience using them
・Knowledge of UX design, usability design, and web accessibility
・Knowledge and experience in data-driven marketing
・Experience in web direction or art direction
・Experience designing websites (for both smartphones and PCs)
・Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (enough to read and understand HTML and CSS source code)
・Experience using Adobe design tools, Figma, or similar tools

Work Conditions
■Company Name: UNIQLO Co., Ltd.
■Employment Type: Contract Employee
■Annual Salary Range: 3.5–5.0 million yen (Monthly Salary: 230,000–330,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
■Working Hours
Standard working hours system
8 hours of actual work and 1-hour break between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
* Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per month on average
*Start time is negotiable between 7:00 and 9:00
■Days Off and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays); annual paid leave; special and bereavement leave; childcare and family care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which you belong)
