Job Description
■Background of the Recruitment: To adapt to rapid environmental changes and open high-quality stores, it is essential not only to identify and secure prime locations but also to build, maintain, and develop the business environment. As a means to reliably implement these strategies, we have been developing and operating our own commercial facilities since 2006. In 2024, we launched the Retail Property Team as a dedicated department, and in March 2026, we established a separate operating company.We aim to further elevate our existing business while simultaneously advancing new projects in major cities across Japan and around the world. We are seeking individuals to help build this business with us.
■ Department Overview: This department leads the creation of premier stores in Japan for Fast Retailing Group brands—such as UNIQLO, GU, and Theory—through the development, operation, and management of our own mixed-use facilities.
By establishing unique strategic management methods for our in-house mixed-use facilities, we will continue to identify customer needs, create destinations worth visiting, and develop and operate facilities that serve as local infrastructure and are appreciated by the local community.
■Job Description:
・Developing and implementing unique operational management methods to maximize store sales
・Planning a facility portfolio that maximizes group revenue by utilizing new real estate schemes, and building consensus with relevant stakeholders (internal management and property owners)
・Performing a full range of operational management tasks at the company’s mixed-use facilities
・Drive the company’s mixed-use development projects (development, negotiation of terms, planning, leasing, etc.)

■ Career Path: There is potential for you to lead the Store Development Department as a leader, or to transfer to other departments—including those involved in overseas operations—to play a more direct role in business management.

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
1. Experience in any of the following areas is preferred, but not limited to:
・Practical experience in the operation and management of commercial facilities
・Planning and project execution for large-scale mixed-use developments
・Real estate sales, due diligence, and leasing operations
2. The ability to think openly, without being confined to one’s own area of expertise, and to drive projects forward by gathering insights and team members from both inside and outside the company
■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in construction management, building management, and facilities management for commercial facilities, as well as coordination with contractors
・Experience in formulating store strategies and conducting store development operations at a business company
・Experience in team management
・Experience in the operational management of commercial facilities or store operations at retail outlets
・TOEIC score of 600 or higher (depending on the expected grade)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.8–13.0 million yen (Monthly Salary: 430,000–650,000 yen)
*Salary will be determined based on our company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the range listed above.
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotion Opportunities: Twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on our company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position
・Flexible work schedule
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; overtime work may occur

Based on the working hours of the employee’s department; left to the employee’s discretion

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays) Annual paid leave, special and bereavement leave, childcare and family care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
