Job Description
■Recruitment Background:
The Fast Retailing Group is advancing the sophistication of its global supply chain, which integrates e-commerce and brick-and-mortar stores. Warehouse operations are a core function of our business competitiveness, and the advancement of human resources management is essential for their stable operation and evolution. For this position, we are seeking a candidate to lead the HR functions within the warehouse, driving operational stability and driving transformation from both an organizational and human resources perspective.
■Department Overview:
Warehouse HR staff are stationed at each location handling e-commerce logistics. Working in collaboration with warehouse managers and on-site management, they support operations from a human resources and labor relations perspective. In addition to implementing head office HR policies and systems at the field level, they identify the root causes of on-site challenges and develop HR practices and organizational structures accordingly. In the future, the incumbent is expected to take on overall responsibility for talent management across multiple locations.
■Job Description:
You will be responsible for HR operations at warehouse locations, driving a comprehensive range of activities from recruitment and placement to training, performance evaluation, and labor management. This includes recruiting and onboarding a diverse workforce—including part-time employees—optimizing staffing, and managing performance evaluations and training programs. In addition to maintaining and improving the work environment through attendance management, labor relations, and employee support, you will lead efforts to resolve organizational challenges by reviewing organizational culture and work styles, as well as implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
*The Job Description is subject to change within the scope of duties related to various headquarters departments due to departmental transfers or organizational changes.
■Career Path
Building on your HR experience at warehouse locations, you may eventually expand your career beyond HR management for multiple warehouse sites to other areas within the HR Department, including serving as a Business Unit HR Business Partner (HRBP). This is an environment where you can grow as an HR professional working closely with senior management.
