■Recruitment Background
PLST is a brand within the Fast Retailing Group—which also operates UNIQLO and GU—and, under the brand concept of “everyday wear for when you want to look put-together,” offers clothing that brings a sense of “polish” to the various moments of daily life. With a collection of essential wear featuring thoughtful details—such as silhouettes and designs that flatter the wearer and comfortable fabrics—we are transforming our business model to deliver the value of Fast Retailing’s “LifeWear” concept to customers around the world.
We are seeking someone who can grasp the attention to detail and vision behind each product created in line with our brand concept and who can accurately and compellingly convey that value to customers through creative expression.

■Department Overview
The Marketing Department, to which you will be assigned, is on a mission to accurately convey the brand and product value of PLST to as many customers as possible and turn them into PLST fans. This department consists of three teams: the “Product Marketing Team,” which formulates and executes product marketing strategies to communicate seasonal concepts and product appeal; the “Content Marketing Team,” which produces creative content that brings those strategies to life and disseminates it through e-commerce content, catalogs, email newsletters, and apps;and the “PR Communications Team,” which is responsible for disseminating information across various media, including digital and social media, as well as through social media platforms such as Instagram and StyleHint. For this position, you are expected to be assigned to either the “Product Marketing Team” or the “Content Marketing Team.”
■Job Description
The founding principle of PLST—and by extension, Fast Retailing—is the relentless pursuit of what constitutes clothing that truly benefits consumers. A key role of marketing and creative teams is to resonate with this LifeWear philosophy, bridge the perspectives of the creators who craft valuable products and the consumers who use them, and effectively communicate that value.
In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of PLST’s product features and customer needs, and take a comprehensive, end-to-end approach—from developing communication plans to producing content—with a focus on “enhancing brand strength,” “creating product value,” and “marketing based on business plans.” Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:
・Formulating communication plans, creating concepts for the corresponding creative assets, and developing and executing specific direction
・Planning, editing, production, and writing for various materials such as catalogs and sales promotion materials
・Managing schedules and costs throughout the content production process
