Job Description
■Department Overview:
PLST offers high-quality, versatile clothing that can be worn every day at affordable prices, featuring silhouettes and designs that flatter the wearer, as well as comfortable fabrics and patterns.
The Customer Center is responsible for operating the call center and delivering customer service, with the goal of visualizing customer feedback and leading business transformation and implementation by engaging relevant departments.
■Job Description:
You will be responsible for call center operations, responding to customer inquiries received via our phone support and online store. Specifically, your duties will include the following:
・Providing customer service and handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email
・Initiating and implementing improvement activities to resolve issues and enhance service and product quality based on customer feedback
・ Training team members to achieve customer satisfaction

Work Conditions
■Company Name: PLST Co., Ltd.
■Employment Type: Contract Employee
*Employment contracts may be renewed based on the company’s operational needs and the employee’s performance (no automatic renewal)
*There is no upper limit on contract renewals (in terms of total duration or number of renewals).
■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 3.49 million yen – 4.71 million yen (Monthly Salary: 230,000 yen – 310,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.
■ Working Hours
8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
*1.5-hour break. 8 hours of actual work.
■ Days Off and Leave
Full two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
*National holidays and year-end/New Year holidays
*Annual paid leave, special leave (including leave for weddings and funerals), and childcare/family care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which you belong)
