Job Description
Background

As the main battlefield of commerce and business shifts to the digital space, fraud risks in online transactions and business processes are becoming more sophisticated and diverse every year. In this environment, it is an important issue to establish a system to properly identify fraud risks globally and continuously deter and reduce them.
In this position, you will be responsible for comprehensively identifying fraud risks based on transactions and usage conditions while confirming the actual sites of information systems and business processes, and promoting the planning, implementation, and improvement of fraud prevention measures in cooperation with each business department and IT department. We are looking for someone who can lead the advancement of anti-fraud measures on a global scale, while focusing on a viewpoint based on the field, the actual thing, and reality, and consulting with related parties in Japan and overseas.
■Outline of the Department
The Information Security Office is a department responsible for protecting customers' personal information and confidential internal information and controlling fraud risks in the online business. It continuously monitors the information systems and digital services of the entire Group to ensure that anti-fraud measures and security rules are being properly implemented onsite. In addition, the department works with personnel in charge in each country to identify and counter fraud risks on a global basis.
As the global headquarters, this position serves as a command post to realize optimal fraud countermeasures on a global basis by consistently promoting countermeasures from planning and implementation to operational improvement. While interacting with diverse stakeholders and technologies, you will promote the introduction of anti-fraud mechanisms and technologies, as well as risk reduction measures for online services.

You will lead the planning and promotion of Fraud countermeasures in cooperation with the staff in charge in each country, and make improvements through daily fraud monitoring and analysis, thereby contributing to the operation of online stores that customers around the world can use with peace of mind.
Examples of specific duties:
Overall planning, negotiation with related departments, technical implementation, and operation construction related to online fraud countermeasures
Operation of log monitoring infrastructure (SIEM) and development of monitoring contents
Fraud monitoring operations (credit card fraud, bulk purchases, etc.)
Other related work for the company's risk management

Business level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above as a guide) *Regular oral and written communication with stakeholders in various countries is required.
