Job Description
Background
Fast Retailing Group is currently expanding its business to become the world's No.1 apparel company.
In addition to the growth of its global business, the Fast Retailing Group is also seeking to diversify its opportunities for personal development by increasing the number of countries from which and to which employees are dispatched, as well as by providing opportunities for employees to work across national borders. We are looking for a person who can lead the creation of a tax compliance system so that our employees can work with peace of mind.
Job Description
In order to accomplish the above mission, you will be responsible for the following tasks in the area of mobility taxation.
(1)Establish related operations for tax compliance at the time of overseas assignment or overseas business trip
(2)Establish policies and operations for tax compliance on personal assets and income of expatriates
(3)Developing and organizing human resources for global mobility taxation
(4)Identification of issues in the overseas assignment system, planning of system revisions, and establishment of operations
(5)Lead collaboration with tax consulting firms to promote the above initiatives

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 8.5-14 million yen (monthly salary: 500,000-800,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
