Job Description
Background:
Fast Retailing Group aims to become the world's number one apparel group by transforming its business beyond the framework of a retailer to become a "Digital Consumer Retail Company".
The Group will promote activities to attract customers using UNIQLO's big data, design and implement member-customer communications, advance digital marketing, design communications and contribute to each store through in-store sales promotion materials and sales floor presentation, and create new experience value (CX) through the integration of store and e-commerce channels. In addition, we are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of UNIQLO's brand value and the value of its products and services, and who can promote a wide range of marketing strategies from planning to execution.
■ Department Overview:
The Marketing Department consists of the Global Marketing Department and the Japan Marketing Department, and aims to contribute to both UNIQLO's branding and commerce by creating customers and markets through a deep understanding of the brand value and the value of our products and services. The Global Marketing Department is responsible for building UNIQLO's dominant brand position around the world and maximizing global sales, while the Japan Marketing Department is responsible for maximizing sales in the Japanese market by developing many business-directed initiatives specific to the Japanese market.
The Japan Marketing Department is responsible for maximizing sales in the Japanese market by developing a number of commercial-directed measures specific to the Japanese market.
■ Job Description:
You will promote activities that form the foundation of UNIQLO's marketing by delivering the latest information about UNIQLO today to digital media used by many customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, 52 weeks a year, with the most appropriate creative at the most appropriate time.
Marketing activities utilizing digital customer contact points through member channels such as app push, email newsletters, and official LINE accounts.
Developing, operating, and executing overall strategies for attracting customers to the online store.
In addition to information dissemination to all customers, you will be responsible for planning, creative production, distribution, and execution of improvement cycles optimized for each individual customer, utilizing one of the industry's largest customer bases and large-scale data.
Solving and implementing customer attraction issues not only in the online store but also in the stores.

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Experience in digital marketing at an operating company, agency, or media company (3+ years)
Experience in data marketing for members on apps, e-commerce sites, etc. (3+ years)
Experience in digital creative production and direction

Experience implementing MA tools such as SalesForce, Adobe, etc.
Knowledge and experience in digital marketing infrastructure, account submission and operation (Google Analytics, Apps Flyer, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

English proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or above
(Able to exchange emails at a business level. Conversation and presentation skills are a plus)

Annual Salary
Annual salary range: 6.56-8 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000-500,000 yen)
Allowance: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
