Job Description
■Recruitment Background:
The Fast Retailing Group aims to transcend the traditional retail framework, transform into a "Digital Consumer Retail Company," and become the world’s leading apparel group.
We are seeking a candidate who can leverage UNIQLO’s big data to drive customer acquisition, design and implement member communications, advance digital marketing, and contribute to individual stores through the design of in-store promotional materials and merchandising. You will also drive the creation of new customer experience (CX) value through the integration of physical and e-commerce channels, while deeply understanding UNIQLO’s brand value and the value of its products and services to comprehensively drive marketing strategies from planning through execution.
■ Department Overview:
The Marketing Department consists of the Global Marketing Department and the Japan Marketing Department. We aim to deeply understand brand value, product value, and service value, create new customer segments and markets, and contribute to both UNIQLO’s branding and business operations.The Global Marketing Department is responsible for establishing an unrivaled position for the UNIQLO brand worldwide and maximizing global sales, while the Japan Marketing Department is responsible for implementing numerous initiatives tailored to the Japanese market that directly drive business results and maximize sales in Japan.
For this position, you will be assigned to the Japan Marketing Department upon joining the company.
■Job Description:
You will drive the core activities of UNIQLO’s marketing by delivering the latest UNIQLO information with optimal creative content at the optimal timing to the digital media platforms used by our many customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
・General marketing activities utilizing digital customer touchpoints through member channels such as app push notifications, email newsletters, and the official LINE account
・Formulation, operation, and execution of overall strategies for driving traffic to the online store
・In addition to disseminating information to all customers, leveraging UNIQLO’s industry-leading customer base and large-scale data to execute a cycle of planning, creative production, distribution, and improvement optimized for each individual customer
・Solving and implementing solutions for customer acquisition challenges, not only for the online store but also for physical stores

You will take a broad leadership role in formulating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all customer touchpoints, including not only CRM but also digital advertising. Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Practical experience in digital marketing at a business company, agency, or media company (approximately 3 years or more)
・Experience in data-driven marketing targeting members on platforms such as apps and e-commerce sites (approximately 3 years or more)
・Production and direction of digital creative content
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience writing SQL
・Experience implementing MA tools such as Salesforce and Adobe
・Knowledge and experience with various digital marketing infrastructures, account setup, and operations (Google Analytics, AppFlyer, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
・Experience driving projects independently
・English proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or higher
(Ability to handle business-level email correspondence. Ability to converse and give presentations is a plus)
・Experience managing team members

Work Conditions

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million to 8.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000 to 500,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the above.

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
