Background
UNIQLO UNIFORM is a new service that sells UNIQLO products to corporate clients under the slogan "UNIQLO's LifeWear is the new uniform. UNIQLO UNIFORM is a new service that sells UNIQLO products to corporations and organizations under the slogan "UNIQLO's LifeWear is the new uniform. The service is available for almost all UNIQLO products, and features highly functional products that are comfortable on and off the job and suitable for each site, and can be purchased by customers smoothly and at affordable prices.
In September 2025, we also announced to the press that we are strengthening our organization to achieve business growth as a growth engine for UNIQLO in the future. The new position will not only work with customers who contact UNIQLO with inquiries about school uniforms and sports uniforms to develop details of their projects and make new proposals based on their needs, but also develop new customers through daily sales activities, handle business negotiations and competitions, and provide support for UNIQLO's corporate order counter operations at UNIQLO's stores. We are also looking for someone who can be responsible for a wide range of tasks, such as handling corporate orders at UNIQLO stores, concluding contracts, and handling PR related matters.

Outline of the department
The UNIQLO UNIFORM business is part of UNIQLO's Uniform & Customization Department, along with the Olympic and Paralympic Business, which promotes partnerships with the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic teams, and the UTme! business, which allows users to create their own original T-shirts and tote bags easily.
The department works closely with UNIQLO's e-commerce services to provide new value through services tailored to each individual customer, both individual and corporate.
Job Description
To expand UNIQLO UNIFORM business, you will be entrusted with maximizing business in the uniform market. In addition to responding to inquiries from corporate clients and organizations (schools, etc.), you will lead the development of sales strategies and sales structure in the uniform and customization area, as well as the development of new major clients and the acquisition of new projects. Specifically, you will focus on (1) and (6) while also leading the entire team to ensure that (2) through (5) are also promoted.
(1) Sales activities: You will be responsible for expanding sales through various means, such as visiting UNIQLO stores and customers for business meetings, and expanding sales channels in cooperation with other departments such as the Marketing Department. We will carefully listen to our customers about the background of their requests and their needs, such as the intended use of the product. We will then propose the uniforms that best suit the customer's needs, including the most suitable items from UNIQLO's product lineup, the most suitable functions such as HEATTECH and BLOCKTECH, and the most suitable design (logo printing method, etc.). We will make the best proposal for your needs, including competitions with competitors, so that you can choose UNIQLO UNIFORM.
(2) Order fulfillment: Once the application is decided, we receive the order from the customer.
(3) Checking and securing inventory: We work with multiple departments within the company, such as product planning and inventory control, to secure the inventory ordered by the customer.
(4) Customization: We request customization (logo embroidery or printing) requested by the customer in cooperation with partner factories both inside and outside the company.
(5) Management for delivery and payment
We will contact the person in charge of the relevant department for shipment and delivery so that the product can be delivered to the customer by the requested/promised due date.

The most suitable items change depending on the season because of the nature of clothing.
