■ Department Overview
The UNIQLO UNIFORM business belongs to UNIQLO’s Uniform & Customization Division, alongside the Olympic and Paralympic business—which promotes partnerships with the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic teams—and the UTme! business, which allows customers to easily create original T-shirts and tote bags.
Working in tandem with UNIQLO’s e-commerce services, we deliver new value through services tailored to each individual and corporate customer.

■Job Description
To expand the UNIQLO UNIFORM business, you will be responsible for maximizing business opportunities in the uniform market. You will not only handle inquiries from corporate and institutional clients (such as schools) but also lead the development of sales strategies and organizational structures for the uniform and customization sectors, as well as the acquisition of new major clients and projects. Specifically, while focusing on tasks (1) and (6), you will also lead the coordination of the entire team to ensure that tasks (2) through (5) are effectively executed.
(1) Sales Activities: You will drive sales growth through all available means, including conducting business meetings at UNIQLO stores and client locations, and expanding sales channels in collaboration with other departments such as Marketing. You will carefully listen to clients to understand the background of their requests and their specific needs, such as intended use. Based on this, you will propose the uniforms that best meet their requirements, selecting the optimal items from UNIQLO’s product lineup, the most suitable functions (such as HEATTECH or BLOCKTECH), and the best design (including logo printing methods). As there may be competitive bids against other suppliers, you will make proposals tailored to the client’s needs to ensure they choose UNIQLO UNIFORM.
(2) Order Processing: Once the application is finalized, we will receive the order from the client.
(3) Inventory Confirmation and Allocation: We collaborate with multiple internal departments, including product planning and inventory control, to secure the inventory required for your order.
(4) Customization: We coordinate with our partner factories, both internal and external, to process the customizations requested by the customer (such as logo embroidery or printing).
(5) Management for Delivery and Payment
・To ensure delivery to the customer by the requested or agreed-upon deadline, you will notify the relevant department personnel regarding shipping and delivery.
・After delivery, you will handle the entire process, from payment completion to post-delivery follow-up.
(6) Proposing Seasonal Items (Promoting Repeat Purchases)
・Since these are garments, the optimal items vary by season. We will propose seasonal items not only in response to company events such as an increase in staff numbers, but also to ensure employees can work comfortably in UNIQLO uniforms throughout the year, thereby encouraging repeat purchases.

Currently, our business is centered in Japan, but we plan to expand overseas in the future.
