■Department Overview
The Global Logistics Support (PL/KPI Management) Team within the Global Supply Chain Management Department, where you will be assigned, has the mission of achieving efficiency and profit improvement in the logistics domain that supports the sales of the UNIQLO business, which operates 2,519 stores across 24 countries and regions globally (as of the end of August 2025). It plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of the global brand by improving the P&L from a management perspective and optimizing the entire supply chain.
As a direct management team starting from PL, you will pursue both low-cost management and efficiency improvements. You will drive the qualitative evolution that forms the foundation of our "Fourth Founding" initiative, aiming to become the world's most beloved No. 1 brand.

■Job Description
・After joining, you will spend approximately six months gaining operational understanding through OJT at stores, warehouses, and other sites. You will then take on the role of managing logistics cost forecasts and actuals for the store logistics division of UNIQLO Japan, which supports domestic sales of approximately ¥1 trillion.
・You will be responsible for the entire process: formulating the full-year logistics cost budget, calculating monthly logistics cost projections, identifying issues through budget vs. actual analysis, and planning, executing, and managing the progress of improvement actions. This position involves leading efforts to achieve targets in collaboration with management and related departments.
・Furthermore, we expect you to drive the further advancement of logistics by building partnerships with external vendors, managing contracts and negotiating unit prices, and introducing cutting-edge technologies, all while working closely with both internal and external management.

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in management accounting, budget vs. actual management, corporate planning, business management, or business planning at a business company (accounting department acceptable)/financial institution/trading company (approximately 5+ years)
・Experience at an accounting consulting firm or audit firm ・Knowledge of industrial engineering, or equivalent experience in quantifying operational conditions and planning/executing improvement activities

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in data processing, analysis, and visualization using various analytical tools※
　※Excel, Access, Spreadsheet, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
・English proficiency: Business level (TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent)

・Annual Salary Range: ¥8,000,000 - ¥16,200,000 (Monthly Salary: ¥500,000 - ¥900,000)
