■Job Description
As a Generative AI and Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the development of generative AI and machine learning systems in collaboration with business departments for systems spanning e-commerce, supply chain, product planning, business automation, and customer service centers.
・Design and implementation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) based on business department challenges
・Lead development projects in collaboration with business departments
・Design, development, and operation of systems utilizing large-scale data, generative AI, and machine learning
・Selecting and designing technologies related to generative AI and machine learning

*There may be opportunities for overseas business trips to countries where we operate or to visit development partners.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience collaborating with stakeholders utilizing machine learning to lead the resolution of challenges
・Strong interest in and practical experience with improving operational efficiency through the use of machine learning
・5+ years of programming experience (Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, etc.)
・At least 3 years of experience in system operations
・Someone who approaches problems with sincerity, maintains a positive attitude, possesses a strong sense of responsibility, and thinks flexibly
・Logical thinking. Ability to understand intentions and context beyond language barriers and guide others toward problem-solving
・Experience in organizational or project management, or in mentoring subordinates and junior staff
・Someone who is willing to actively engage in a work environment where English is used on a daily basis

■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Development and operational experience with APIs, batch processing, and similar technologies in a B2C environment
・Experience building and operating business systems in the fashion apparel industry or e-commerce
・Experience using major cloud providers such as AWS and GCP
・Leadership experience as an engineer in a multinational team
・Experience building commonly used and general-purpose frameworks and libraries
・Experience building and operating large-scale web services
・Experience in building and operating supply chain systems, including production and logistics
・Experience developing and operating systems in collaboration with external partners and system integrators
・Knowledge of automation technologies such as continuous integration and continuous deployment
・Experience with and understanding of testing methodologies and quality control

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 12 million to 19 million yen (Monthly Salary: 620,000 to 940,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
