Job Description

■Department Overview
The Store Development Department, where you will be assigned, operates under the mission "Revenue and profit growth are driven by store development." It builds strategies for each global country and business unit, opening approximately 300 stores globally annually for brands including UNIQLO, GU, PLST, and Theory.The department includes teams covering store design, construction management, new store development, facility management, asset management, and building maintenance. The Design & Construction Team you will join comprises members with backgrounds in organizational design firms, interior design, general contractors, and developers, each leveraging their unique strengths.
■Job Description
You will be responsible for one of the following roles related to domestic or global store design and construction. Your assignment upon joining will be determined during the selection process, taking into account your experience and preferences.
(1) Store Designer
Manage planning, design development, and design for new store projects globally and domestically.
・Creating innovative stores that anticipate trends, designing individual stores reflecting regional characteristics and customer needs, devising ways to create beloved local shopping spaces
・Developing new store formats and layouts, undergoing a transformation in store design with a focus on the shopping experience and e-commerce integration, and promoting sustainable store construction
(2) Store Design and Construction Project Manager
Manage all phases of store opening projects—planning, design, procurement, and construction.
・Managing projects consistently from planning and design through construction and opening based on expansion strategies, driving swift and reliable store openings
・Practicing individual store design and sales floor creation that respects regional characteristics and customer traits, aiming for stores that are loved for the long term

You will build a globally active career by collaborating with local teams and top creators worldwide while engaging in store design and construction projects in Japan and internationally. Through the entire process from planning to opening new stores, you will learn the fundamental principles of store creation and transformation, leveraging your strengths to contribute to overseas operations. Qualifications
■Required Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
・Practical experience related to buildings/facilities, such as architectural design, interior design, or construction management
・In-house experience in design development for store creation within retail, food service, or service industries
・At least 3 years of experience in BIM promotion, business transformation/design, system development/operation at general contractors, consulting firms, SIers, or operating companies
■Preferred Experience
・Experience with overseas projects or working abroad
・English skills (TOEIC score of approximately 700 or practical business usage experience)
・Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe software, and BIM (Revit preferred)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
