■ Job Description
In order to ensure the safety and security of Fast Retailing Group employees around the world, this position will lead the planning, implementation, and achievement of global, cross-functional measures to solve management issues in each country from the perspective of occupational health and safety.
The two major areas are as follows
(1) Resolving issues related to occupational health and safety management in the Japan business
(2) As a member of the health and safety department in Japan, which is the global headquarters, you will be responsible for creating a workplace where employees can work in a healthy and safe manner.
Specifically, to prevent occupational accidents and maintain and promote physical and mental health, we will discover issues onsite, examine solutions, and implement measures involving related divisions.
(2) Establishment of a global occupational health and safety management system and implementation of various measures (establishment of autonomous problem-solving systems in each country)
Establish a system to solve occupational health and safety issues in each overseas country.
Provide appropriate information, advice, and training to those in charge in overseas countries to help them improve the occupational health and safety environment in their own countries and reform their workplaces through the promotion of measures.
Visiting overseas sites to directly check the occupational health and safety conditions at workplaces and provide guidance.
Collecting and analyzing safety issues that commonly occur around the world, and formulating and developing measures to prevent occupational accidents on a global basis

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Experience in leading problem-solving work in collaboration with other members of the team.
Able to communicate smoothly with people outside the company and other departments, both inside and outside of Japan.
Able to provide service to others (employees), be cost-conscious, and work to produce final results.

Experience in designing occupational health and safety systems
Experience as a safety manager in a logistics warehouse or retail industry
Knowledge of Japanese Occupational Safety and Health Law and other related laws and regulations
Ability to work in English (including meetings, negotiations, and document preparation)

Work Condition

Employment Type: Permanent

■Annual Income
Annual salary range: 8-14 million yen (monthly salary: 500,000-780,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
