We are looking for an individual who can lead the Fast Retailing Group's clothing business in a global head quarter position, from the development of optimal insurance strategies for all processes and employees to the actual negotiation, management, and handling of individual cases.

■Job Description
This position is responsible for the strategic management of non-life insurance for the entire group, supporting the growth of a company aiming for sales of 10 trillion yen.
This position is responsible for properly identifying and assessing risks associated with global business activities, and promoting the preservation of corporate value and advancement of risk management through the design and operation of optimal insurance programs.
In addition, you will be involved in planning and promoting employee benefit programs that support employee peace of mind and job satisfaction, and contribute to improving employee satisfaction through program design and operation.
Specifically, you will handle the following three themes
(1) Planning and operation of global non-life insurance program
Design, renewal, and contract management of non-life insurance programs in order to appropriately manage risks associated with the business activities of the entire group. We will preserve corporate assets and enhance risk management through global claims support and visualization/analysis of the status of insurance coverage.
(2) Planning and promotion of employee benefit programs
We are responsible for the design, introduction, and operation of employee benefit programs (medical insurance, life support programs, etc.) that support employee peace of mind and job satisfaction, and contribute to the improvement of employee satisfaction.
(3) Business Support in the Corporate Services Division
The successful candidate will be flexibly involved in a wide range of operations handled by the Corporate Services Department, not limited to the insurance and employee benefit areas, and contribute to the promotion of the overall operations of the department.
The Japan headquarters is the global headquarters of FR Group, and the measures implemented will cover all employees in the FR Group's global branches and headquarters, making this an important role that will have a significant impact on the employees and the company.
This is a position that can have an impact on management from a cost management perspective in addition to risk management.
The position will be responsible for solving issues in collaboration with multiple departments within the company, including human resources, finance, IT, ISO, sustainability, public relations, and the president's office, in addition to external partner companies.
