Job Description

■ Department Overview
The Corporate Services Department, to which you will be assigned, is pursuing bold transformations under a new management structure starting in 2025.Together with the 110,000 employees working at stores and headquarters of all Fast Retailing Group brands worldwide, we aim to realize “the world’s best workplace and the world’s best employees.” To this end, we are implementing various initiatives to support employees’ work and personal lives at the world’s highest standards. ■Job Description
To realize the world’s best workplace, we address challenges through three key approaches: “Engagement” (sense of fulfillment, personal growth, and motivation to contribute), “Performance” (world-class standards, productivity, and innovation), and “Well-being” (health and safety, benefits, and personal life).
The new hire will be expected to lead projects end-to-end—from identifying challenges to developing solutions and delivering results—as a project leader for several themes selected based on their interests, strengths, and the organization’s current situation. These themes include the following:
・Fostering Corporate Culture: Promoting management philosophy and other core values; internal communication; policy management and internal controls; company-wide events (conventions, Family Day); and social contribution activities
・Building the Workplace Environment: Facility management, office services and business support, security management, employee cafeteria operations, business travel management, disaster prevention and crisis management (including global insurance management)
・Health and Safety: Promotion of health-conscious management (health checkups, health education, etc.), infectious disease prevention, mental health initiatives, establishment of safety systems, and response to and prevention of workplace accidents
・Support for Employees’ Personal Lives: Work transformation, employee benefits programs, support for wealth accumulation, support for balancing work with childcare and elder care, diversity and inclusion, etc.

・As the Japanese headquarters serves as the global headquarters, and the initiatives implemented apply to all employees across the FR Group’s global stores and headquarters, this role plays a critical part in significantly impacting both employees and the company.
・Few projects are handled entirely within the department; you will work to resolve issues by collaborating and coordinating with numerous internal departments—including Human Resources, Finance, IT, ISO, Sustainability, Public Relations, and the President’s Office—as well as with external partner companies.

Work Conditions

■Employment Type: Full-time Employee

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8–16 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–780,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position
・Flexible work schedule
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Flexible hours… 6:00–9:00 and 14:00–20:00; overtime work may occur

・Supervisors
Based on the working hours of the employee’s department; left to the employee’s discretion

■ Days Off and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are considered workdays) Annual paid leave, special leave (including leave for weddings and bereavement), childcare and family care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
