Job Description

■ Department Overview
The Corporate Services Department, to which you will be assigned, is pursuing bold transformations under a new management structure starting in 2025.Together with the 110,000 employees working at stores and headquarters of all Fast Retailing Group brands worldwide, we aim to realize the vision of “the world’s best workplace and the world’s best employees.” To this end, we are implementing various initiatives related to employee work and life support at the highest global standards. ■Job Description

For the new hire joining us, we plan to assign you as a project leader for several initiatives based on your interests, strengths, and the organization’s current situation. You will be responsible for leading these projects end-to-end—from identifying challenges and exploring solutions to delivering tangible results.
・Fostering Corporate Culture: Promoting management philosophy, internal communication, policy management and internal controls, company-wide events (conventions, family days), and social contribution activities
・Workplace Environment Development: Facility management, office services and business support, security management, employee cafeteria operations, business travel management, disaster preparedness and crisis management (including global insurance management)
・Health and Safety: Promotion of health management (health checkups, health education, etc.), infectious disease prevention, mental health initiatives, establishment of safety systems, and response to and prevention of workplace accidents
・Personal Life Support: Work-style transformation, employee benefits programs, financial planning support, support for balancing work with childcare and elder care, diversity and inclusion, etc.

・As the Japanese headquarters serves as the global headquarters, the initiatives implemented apply to all employees across FR Group’s global stores and headquarters, making this a critical role with significant impact on both employees and the company.
・Few projects are handled entirely within the department; you will work to resolve issues by collaborating and coordinating with numerous internal departments and individuals—including HR, Finance, IT, ISO, Sustainability, Public Relations, and the President’s Office—as well as with external partner companies.

Work Conditions

■Employment Type: Full-time Employee

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8–16 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–780,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the figures above

Flexible work hours, or managerial/supervisory positions
・Flexible work hours
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

・Supervisors
Based on the working hours of the employee’s department, with the decision left to the employee

■ Holidays and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
