The Corporate Services Department, to which you will be assigned, is undergoing a bold transformation under a new management structure starting in 2025. Together with the 110,000 employees working in all Fast Retailing Group brand stores and headquarters around the world, we will implement a variety of measures to support employees' work and daily lives at the highest level in the world to realize "the best workplace in the world and the best employees in the world," and to create a workplace where employees have a high level of pride and satisfaction, high profits are highly distributed, and talented people have lifetime employment as a result. The successful candidate will be expected to lead projects on the following themes based on his/her interests, strengths, and organizational situation, and to lead the entire process from problem identification and solution development to the creation of results.
Fostering a corporate culture: Instillation of management philosophy, etc., internal communication, management of regulations and internal controls, company-wide events (conventions, family days), and social contribution activities.

The Japanese headquarters is the global headquarters of the FR Group, and the measures it implements cover all employees of the FR Group's global stores and headquarters, making it an important role that has a significant impact on the employees and the company.
The role will involve working closely with a number of departments and people within the company, including HR, Finance, IT, ISO, Sustainability, Public Relations, and the President's Office, as well as with external partners, to resolve issues.
