The R&D Department is a group of experts who actually commercialize our "LifeWear" concept. We are looking for new members to help us further evolve the creation of clothing that embodies "LifeWear".

■Department Overview:
The R&D Department, to which you will be assigned, is a group of experts who actually commercialize the LifeWear concept. In-house designers and pattern makers are active at six global locations (Tokyo/Shanghai/Paris/London/NY/LA), with Tokyo at the center. Planning products that match people's living environment, styles, and times, and incorporating designs as actual demand into the "LifeWear" concept. To continuously provide well-thought-out, simple clothing that changes the lives of people around the world for the better and in a richer way. Our goal is to continue to bring innovation to the world through our clothes.

■ Job Description:
You will be in charge of designing knit items. Specifically, the following duties are required.
Creation of MAP (product list)
Creation of design drawings
Creation of specifications
Selection of materials
Give instructions to client factories.
Quality control in cooperation with production department and factories

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 5 years of experience in independent knit design, sample creation, and specification writing for women's, men's, and kids' products.
Able to take charge of multiple items and manage the process from product planning - design - full production (have a series of practical experience from designing by yourself to commissioning and ordering from factories)
Able to grasp domestic and international trends, lifestyles, and needs as part of global product development, and be able to create designs.

■Welcome experience, skills and abilities
In our business, we need to communicate internally and externally in English, and you will need to be able to communicate in English via e-mail and daily conversation (e.g., specifications, instructions to factories, internal meetings, etc.).

Employment Status: Temporary employee (with a probationary period of 3 months)
(After the second year, if performance, evaluation, etc. meet the criteria for promotion to permanent employee, the position will be made permanent.)

The employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit to the number of contract renewals (total period or number of renewals).

■Annual salary
Annual salary range: 3.5-10 million yen (monthly salary: 240,000-570,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)

Working hours
General working hours, flextime, or management supervisor (to be determined based on the nature of the work, expected role, and department to which the employee will be assigned, to be announced at the informal interview)

8 hours of actual work between 7:00 and 18:00 with 1 hour break

Flextime system
Standard working hours per day ... 8 hours, break ... 1 hour

Flexible hours ... 6:00-9:00 and 14:00-20:00 with overtime

Supervisors
Based on the working hours of the department to which the employee belongs, and left to the employee's decision

Vacations and Vacations
2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), annual paid vacations, special/ congratulatory/condolence leave, childcare/nursing care leave system, etc.

In addition to the holidays mentioned in the previous section, whether or not national holidays are also considered holidays shall be determined on an individual basis in the employment contract for temporary employees.
In addition to paid vacations, special vacations are granted for the first and second semester (the number of days granted varies depending on the employment status and the company to which the employee belongs).
