Job Description
■ Recruitment Background:
Fast Retailing's goal is to provide customers with the clothes they really want, when they want them, where they can find them, and where they can buy them immediately. The Global Supply Chain Management Department aims to realize the ultimate global supply chain of "making, transporting, and selling only what is needed at the right time. To realize this goal, it is necessary to continuously review and improve the logistics infrastructure related to transportation and delivery, including the establishment of an optimal global supply chain and the building and strengthening of strategic partnerships.
In order to evolve the supply chain of UNIQLO, which operates more than 2,500 stores in more than 25 countries and regions around the world, this position is responsible for upgrading the delivery system for stores that has been developed in Japan, as well as for creating a system to deliver products ordered by stores by the day after they are shipped in each country in which UNIQLO operates globally. We are also looking for a leader candidate who can realize the advancement of the store delivery system to create a system to deliver products ordered by stores by the day after shipment in each country where we do business globally.
■ Department Overview:
The Store Delivery Team of the Global Supply Chain Management Department is responsible for the management of deliveries to UNIQLO and GU stores. The team plays an important role in connecting the warehouse, where products are stored and shipped, and the stores, where customers visit. The mission of the team is to realize new, efficient, and advanced delivery methods that go beyond conventional delivery methods, such as reducing the amount of receiving work so that store staff can focus on serving customers on the sales floor.
To this end, we work with external partners to support store management from the logistics aspect by securing delivery capacity in line with shipment volume, studying and introducing additional services to reduce the workload on the store side, and studying and introducing low-cost delivery by improving delivery route efficiency.
We will continue to expand our delivery know-how cultivated in Japan to the global market, and realize more efficient and sophisticated global delivery.
■ Job Description:
After joining the company, you will deepen your understanding of the business through on-the-job training at stores and warehouses, and then you will be expected to lead the following projects in addition to delivery operations for UNIQLO and GU stores in Japan.
Promote problem solving, including the selection and establishment of partner companies, in order to achieve a high standard of store delivery in countries where we do business globally.
Project to solve the issues of store delivery in Japan with an eye on the logistics 2030 problem.

Annual salary range: 7.04 - 16.2 million yen (monthly salary: 440,000 - 900,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
