■Department Overview
The mission of the Digital Business Transformation Services Department is to define, build, and fully utilize future-oriented business systems from a customer-centric perspective, breaking down barriers between business and IT, headquarters and field operations, and real and virtual environments to drive tangible results.Our hallmark is handling the entire business and system transformation process end-to-end. While maintaining in-house control over core business design and system development, we actively collaborate with companies possessing world-leading technologies, advancing the adoption of new technologies, including AI.Our team comprises diverse, multinational members with backgrounds in project management, engineering, data science, and more. Each leverages their strengths, collaborating across teams and departments to achieve the best customer experiences, business growth, and employee development.
This team supports the entire IT infrastructure for our globally expanding physical stores and e-commerce operations, as well as the supporting systems at our global headquarters, all managed from our GHQ in Japan. We proactively address risks associated with business expansion, disaster risks, and changes in local regulations across countries. We build robust IT governance and operational frameworks to ensure customers can shop with confidence 24/7, 365 days a year, anywhere in the world.The Western Japan location, where this position is based, plays a crucial role in mitigating disaster risks for the GHQ by diversifying our Japanese locations between Tokyo and Osaka.

■Job Description
You will lead the stable operation of IT systems across all global brands within our group through IT system control, operational management, tracking of incident responses, and the implementation and operation of operational management tools.
Examples of the Job Description are listed below. Specific assignments will be determined based on skills and experience.
1. IT Service Operations Management
Design management processes (incident management, problem management, release management, IT asset management, etc.) primarily within the IT service operations domain, based on frameworks such as ITIL. Manage and improve the operational status of IT services across all global systems.Through continuous improvement of IT service quality, you will contribute to enhancing global customer satisfaction and business expansion. You will also lead the planning and project execution of thorough automation, efficiency improvements, quality enhancements, and risk reduction measures, aiming to optimize IT system operations company-wide.

2. System Management Tool Implementation and Operation
From an IT risk perspective, including information security and compliance, we plan, evaluate, build, and operate system management tools (system monitoring, privileged access management, etc.) that ensure IT services, as well as systems that achieve efficiency and automation in IT service operations management.When introducing system management tools, you will design system operation workflows anticipating tool implementation, and be responsible for tool design, introduction, training IT department members, ensuring adoption, operation, and improvement. Through these activities, you will contribute to the standardization, efficiency, and quality improvement of IT services globally.

Qualifications

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・ITIL Foundation certification and at least 5 years of experience in process design, implementation, operational management, evaluation, and improvement within IT service management, primarily in the Service Operation domain
・Experience in designing, implementing, operating, and improving system management tools such as system monitoring and authentication infrastructure
・3+ years of experience in IT system design, development, operation, and improvement
・Practical experience with any of the following IT systems
 - Project Management (PM) for information system development projects
 - Information system security
 - System infrastructure design and construction using cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP
・Fluent communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
・Willingness to proactively engage in a work environment where English is used daily ※Current fluency or practical experience is not required.

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Advanced certifications in ITSM/ITIL
・Project management certifications (PMP/Prince2, etc.)
・Security-related certifications (CISSP, etc.)
・Experience implementing, maintaining, and operating high-availability and high-security systems
・Experience implementing, maintaining, and operating CI/CD tools
・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher as a guideline)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥7.04 million - ¥15 million (Monthly Salary: ¥440,000 - ¥830,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Flexible time: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)
