Job Description
■Recruitment Background:
At UNIQLO, we provide clothing that enriches everyday life for customers worldwide under our LifeWear brand concept. Among our initiatives, collaboration projects like Uniqlo U, Uniqlo C, +J, and UNIQLO and JW ANDERSON play a pivotal role in driving UNIQLO's growth by enhancing brand value and attracting new customer segments. To support future business expansion and organizational strengthening, we are seeking a marketing professional capable of leading initiatives from planning through execution.
■Department Overview:
The Collaboration Team within the Global Marketing Department creates new value for UNIQLO through partnerships with designers and brands worldwide. We handle end-to-end marketing strategy development for global markets, including planning and producing campaign assets (visuals, copy, videos, SNS content, etc.) based on these strategies.We engage in project management on a global scale, working closely with collaborators from the initial stages of product development. By collaborating with marketing teams in each country and designing strategies that consider regional market characteristics and customer needs, we play a vital role in delivering UNIQLO's collaborations attractively to customers worldwide.
■Job Description:
Based on your skills, experience, and aptitude, we expect you to perform the following duties:
・Developing target audience definitions and positioning for global markets, along with communication plans based on these.
・Planning and production of campaign assets (visuals, copy, videos, etc.) based on marketing strategy.
・Planning and executing brand communication initiatives in collaboration with global media partners based on communication plans, translating these initiatives to local marketing teams, and providing sales promotion support.
・Effectively measuring brand and business performance across countries. Identifying challenges, building hypotheses, and formulating/executing action plans based on these results.

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates with experience in any of the following:
・Practical experience in product/marketing or PR at a business company, publisher, advertising agency, or creative agency
・Experience driving projects involving internal and external stakeholders, both domestically and internationally
・Business-level English proficiency
(Guideline: TOEIC score of 700 or higher. Please include your TOEIC score, business usage experience, study abroad experience, etc., on your resume/CV)
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Strong interest in apparel, fashion, and culture
・Experience in planning, developing, or supervising content at production companies or similar organizations
Candidates with experience in any of the following:

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥6.56 million - ¥8.64 million (Monthly Salary: ¥410,000 - ¥540,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions: Twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
