Job Description
■ Background:
At UNIQLO, we provide clothing that enriches the daily lives of customers around the world under our brand concept of LifeWear. Among our offerings, collaboration projects such as Uniqlo U, Uniqlo C, +J, and UNIQLO and JW ANDERSON play a pivotal role in driving UNIQLO’s growth by enhancing brand value and attracting new customer segments. To support our future business expansion and organizational strengthening, we are seeking a marketing professional capable of leading initiatives from planning through execution.
■Department Overview:
The Collaboration Team within the Global Marketing Department creates new value for UNIQLO through partnerships with designers and brands worldwide. The team handles the entire process—from devising marketing strategies for the global market to planning and producing campaign assets (such as visuals, copy, videos, and social media content) based on those strategies.We are involved from the initial stages of product development and manage projects on a global scale while working closely with our collaborators. By collaborating with marketing teams in each country and designing strategies that take into account regional market characteristics and customer needs, we play a key role in presenting UNIQLO’s collaborations in an appealing way to customers worldwide.
■Job Description:
Based on your skills, experience, and aptitude, we expect you to perform the following tasks:
・Developing target audience definitions and positioning for global markets, as well as communication plans based on these.
・Planning and production of campaign assets (visuals, copy, videos, etc.) based on marketing strategies.
・Planning and execution of brand communication initiatives in collaboration with global media partners based on the communication plan, as well as implementation of initiatives and sales promotion support for marketing teams in each country
・Effectively measuring brand and business performance in each country. Identifying challenges based on these results, formulating hypotheses, and supporting the development and execution of action plans.
*The Job Description may change within the scope of duties related to various headquarters departments due to department transfers or organizational changes.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates with experience in any of the following:
・Practical experience in product, marketing, or PR at a business corporation, publishing company, advertising agency, or creative agency
・Experience leading projects involving internal and external stakeholders, both domestically and internationally
・Business-level English proficiency
(Guideline: TOEIC score of 700 or higher. Please include your TOEIC score, business English experience, study abroad experience, etc., in your resume and cover letter)
■ Desirable Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Strong interest in apparel, fashion, and culture
・Experience in planning, developing, and supervising content at production companies or similar organizations

・Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million yen – 8.64 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000 yen – 540,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the figures above
