UNIQLO UNIFORM is a new service that sells UNIQLO products to corporate clients under the slogan "UNIQLO's LifeWear is the new uniform. UNIQLO UNIFORM is a new service that sells UNIQLO products to corporations and organizations under the slogan "UNIQLO's LifeWear is the new uniform. The service is available for almost all UNIQLO products, and features highly functional products that are comfortable on and off the job and suitable for each site, and can be purchased by customers smoothly and at affordable prices.

This time, we are looking for a person who will be in charge of inside sales to provide detailed information and new proposals to customers who contact UNIQLO regarding school uniforms, sports uniforms, etc., based on their needs.

Department Overview
The UNIQLO UNIFORM business is part of UNIQLO's Uniform & Customization Department, along with the Olympic and Paralympic Business, which promotes partnerships with the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic teams, and the UTme! business, which allows users to create their own original T-shirts and tote bags easily.
The department works with UNIQLO's e-commerce services to provide new value through services tailored to each individual customer, both individual and corporate.
Job Description
You will lead a series of operations from hearing the needs of corporate clients and organizations (schools, etc.) who have inquired about UNIQLO UNIFORM, through to the delivery of products. Specifically, you will lead operations (2) through (5) for projects for which orders have actually been received.
(1) Sales activities: For customers who contact us to discuss business, we will carefully listen to the background of the customer's request and the intended use of the product by e-mail or other means. We will then propose the most suitable items from UNIQLO's product lineup, the most suitable functions such as HEATTECH and BLOCKTECH, and the most suitable design (logo printing method, etc.). (2) Order fulfillment: Once the application is decided, the order is placed through the EC site. (3) Checking and securing inventory: We work with multiple departments within the company, such as product planning and inventory control, to secure the inventory ordered by the customer.
(4)Customization support: We will coordinate with internal and external partner factories to request processing of customization (logo embroidery and printing) requested by the customer.
(5) Management for delivery and payment
∙ Contacting the relevant department personnel for shipment and delivery so that the product can be delivered to the customer by the requested/promised due date.
After delivery, you will handle the entire process from completion of actual payment to after-sales follow-up.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the uniforms and customized products to customers who are interested in UNIQLO's uniforms and customized products, so you will be able to directly feel the gratitude of our customers by understanding their needs deeply and providing them with proposals that exceed their expectations.
As a company that continues to make internal changes based on customer feedback, you will be able to contribute to the creation of better products and services for customers by sharing customer feedback received through your work not only within your own department but also with the company as a whole.

Annual salary range: 3,490,000-4,400,000 yen (monthly salary: 230,000-290,000 yen)
