Job Description
■Recruitment Background
UNIQLO UNIFORM is a service that sells UNIQLO products to corporations and organizations under the concept of “Transforming UNIQLO’s LifeWear into new uniforms.” LifeWear aims to make daily life more comfortable through clothing crafted with a commitment to material quality, durability, functionality, and comfort. These values are highly regarded across a wide range of work environments—including office work, outdoor labor, sales and customer service, and event management—and the use of UNIQLO products as uniforms is expanding.
In recent years, inquiries from companies, schools, and various organizations have been increasing daily, and the business is entering a phase of significant growth. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Assistant to handle inquiries from customers considering school uniforms, sports uniforms, and other options, listening to their needs while developing concrete proposals and bringing projects to fruition. This is a rewarding position where you’ll hear directly from customers and support a wide range of clients—including schools, sports teams, and companies—in creating their uniforms.

■ Department Overview
The UNIQLO UNIFORM business is part of UNIQLO’s Uniform & Customization Division, alongside the Olympic and Paralympic business—which promotes partnerships with the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic teams—and the UTme! business, which allows customers to easily create original T-shirts and tote bags.
Working in tandem with UNIQLO’s e-commerce services, we deliver new value through services tailored to each individual and corporate customer.
■Job Description
You will lead the entire process—from gathering requirements to delivery—for corporate and organizational customers (such as schools) who have inquired about UNIQLO UNIFORM. Specifically, for projects where an order has been confirmed, you will lead the tasks listed in (2) through (5).
(1) Sales Activities: For customers who contact us expressing interest in a business meeting, you will carefully inquire via email or other means about the background of their request and their specific requirements, such as intended use. Based on this, you will propose the optimal solution by selecting the best items from UNIQLO’s product lineup, recommending the most suitable features (such as HEATTECH or BLOCKTECH), and suggesting the best design options (including logo printing methods).
(2) Order Processing: Once the customer has decided to place an order, they will place it via our e-commerce site.
(3) Inventory Verification and Allocation: You will collaborate with multiple internal departments—including those responsible for product planning and inventory control—to secure the inventory required to fulfill the customer’s order.
(4) Customization: We coordinate with partner factories both inside and outside the company to process the customizations requested by the customer (such as logo embroidery or printing).
(5) Management for Delivery and Payment
・To ensure delivery to the customer by the requested or agreed-upon deadline, you will notify the relevant department personnel regarding shipping and delivery.
・After delivery, you will handle the entire process, from confirming actual payment to providing post-delivery support.
・Since you will be interacting with customers interested in UNIQLO uniforms and customized products, you will gain a deep understanding of their needs and, by offering proposals that exceed their expectations, you will be able to directly experience their gratitude.
・As a company that continuously drives internal change based on customer feedback, you will be able to share the feedback you receive through your work not only within your own department but throughout the company, contributing to the creation of better products and services for our customers.
・Since our clients are corporations and organizations, you will handle large-scale projects worth several million yen per case.
