We are seeking a Web Designer who can help bring Fast Retailing’s “LifeWear” concept to life through digital channels and lead our efforts to establish e-commerce as our core business.

■Department Overview:
Our mission is to contribute to the business through the PLST e-commerce site, and we are responsible for all aspects of the e-commerce business, including business planning, development, photography, and design. Specifically, our mission is to make the most of Fast Retailing’s platform to create content such as branding materials and feature pages, as well as to design the user experience for the e-commerce site and app, thereby providing the world’s best e-commerce shopping experience that conveys the essence of LifeWear to our customers.

■Job Description:
This position involves creative work related to the production of various digital content and the design of e-commerce storefronts. You will propose design concepts based on business strategy and user experience, and collaborate with the team to create content that conveys the brand’s appeal.

Specifically, depending on your experience, you will be expected to perform the following tasks:
・Creative production and updates for the PLST e-commerce site
・Production of promotional banners and graphics accompanying content updates
・Proposing UI/UX improvements based on A/B test results
・Supporting user experience design based on data analysis
・Production of assets such as icons and illustrations
・Production and improvement of special feature sites and microsites
・Collaboration with related departments and creation of design proposal materials
・Collaboration with external partners on production and assistance with design supervision

■ Career Path:
・While the focus is on creative production in digital areas such as e-commerce and web, there are also opportunities to be involved in overall marketing creative development through support for the production of in-store promotional materials and leaflets.
・You may also be asked to support planning and proposal work related to UI/UX improvements for e-commerce sites and apps in collaboration with the IT department’s e-commerce team.

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 3 years of experience designing websites (for both smartphones and PCs)
・Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (enough to read and understand HTML and CSS source code)
・Experience using Adobe design tools, Figma, or similar tools

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Knowledge of project management tools and practical experience using them
・Knowledge of UX design, usability design, and web accessibility
・Design experience with large-scale websites or campaign sites
・Knowledge and experience in data-driven marketing
・Experience in web direction or art direction

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 3.64–4.71 million yen (Monthly Salary: 240,000–310,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

■ Working Hours
Daily working hours: An 8-hour workday is set within the working hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
(9-hour workday, including a 1-hour break)

Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays); annual paid leave; special and bereavement leave; childcare and family care leave systems, etc.
