Job Description

Recruitment Background:
PLST is one of the brands of Fast Retailing Group, which operates UNIQLO and GU. The brand offers clothing that gives you "neatness" in your daily life in a variety of situations. We are looking for a web designer who can realize Fast Retailing's LifeWear concept digitally and lead our e-commerce business together.

■ Department Overview:
Our mission is to contribute to the business through the PLST e-commerce site, and we are responsible for all aspects of the e-commerce business, including business planning, development, photography, and design. Specifically, our mission is to maximize the use of Fast Retailing's platform to create branding content, feature pages, and other content, as well as design the e-commerce site and app experience to provide customers with the world's best e-commerce store that conveys LifeWear to them.

■ Job Description:
This position is responsible for creative work related to the production of various digital content and the design of e-commerce sales areas. You will make design proposals based on business strategy and user experience, and work with the team to create content that conveys the appeal of the brand.

Specifically, the following tasks are expected depending on your experience.
Creative production and updating of PLST's e-commerce site
Creation of inducement frames and graphics for content updates
UI/UX improvement proposals based on AB test results
Support for user experience design based on numerical analysis
Creation of assets such as icons and illustrations
Creation and improvement of feature sites and microsites
Collaboration with related departments and creation of design proposal materials
Assist in production coordination and design supervision with external partners.

■ Career path:
Focusing on creative production in digital areas such as EC and Web, there will also be opportunities to be involved in overall marketing creative development through production support for in-store sales promotion materials and leaflets, etc.
There is also a possibility to support planning and proposal work related to UI/UX improvement of EC sites and apps in cooperation with the EC team in the IT department.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in website design (both for smartphones and PCs)
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (able to read and understand HTML and CSS sources)
Experience using Adobe design tools, Figma and similar tools

Experience, skills, and abilities that would be welcome
Knowledge of tools and experience in using them for production progress
Knowledge of UX design, usability design, and web accessibility
Experience in designing large scale sites or campaign sites
Knowledge and experience in data-driven marketing
Experience in web direction or art direction

Work Condition

Company Name: PLST Inc.
Employment Status: Temporary employee
Employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the applicant's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit on contract renewal (total period or number of renewals).

■Annual salary
Annual salary range: 3.64-4.71 million yen (monthly salary: 240,000-310,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.

Working Hours
Working hours per day: 8 hours between 7:00~18:00 working hours.
(9 hours of working time, including 1 hour break)

■Holidays and vacation
2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays) Annual paid vacations, special/ congratulatory/condolence leave, childcare/nursing care leave system, etc.
Special leave is granted in the first and second semesters in addition to paid leave (the number of days granted varies depending on the employment status and company).
