Recruitment Background
The social contribution business is positioned as an integral part of Fast Retailing's business. This position is available to strengthen the management of the foundation, which aims to approach social issues in a unique way and contribute to the creation of a society where people can lead independent, mutually respectful, and prosperous lives.
■Outline of the Department
The foundation to be managed mainly contributes to society in the following three areas. The mission of this position is to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the foundation, as well as to plan and execute future projects.
Support for self-reliance: We provide educational opportunities and support for self-reliance to those who are struggling to carve out their own future despite their efforts.
Fostering leaders: We foster leaders who can solve problems from a global perspective and drive growth in Japan and around the world.
Promoting mutual understanding: We aim to create a society where diverse people can mutually understand each other and live in harmony.
■ Business Activities
Promote the foundation's activities, including scholarship programs for Japanese high school students to enter American and British universities, Vietnamese and Indonesian high school students to enter Japanese universities, refugee support, and international mutual cultural understanding, in accordance with the policies determined by the Board of Directors.
The candidate will be responsible for the steady operation of the foundation in compliance with laws and regulations and overall governance, while negotiating with the Cabinet Office, partners in each project, beneficiaries, board members, related departments, and other stakeholders.
The position will also be expected to plan and implement measures that will lead to social contributions beyond the current foundation operations.
Job Descriptions are subject to change in the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters as a result of departmental changes and reorganization.

After gaining experience not only in program planning and promotion but also in the management of the foundation, you may be assigned to the position of Executive Director in the future.

Annual salary range: 7.5 to 14 million yen (monthly salary: 470,000 to 700,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
