We promote the evolution from "human resource management that can be described by feeling" to "human resource management that can be described by numbers". 3.
3. system implementation and automation (support from the mechanism)
We lead the implementation and optimization of global HRIS such as Workday and SAP, and build highly repeatable operations by organizing business requirements, integrating systems, and automating through RPA and other means. This role is not just about "operation" but about designing and evolving the HR structure. 4.

You will also be expected to serve as an "in-house HR consultant" responsible for providing insights to management and improving systems. 5.
5. fostering global HR careers (a place that leads to the future)
The HRIS team is a "nurturing position" that allows you to understand HR operations from a holistic perspective and work while being exposed to the practices and cultures of each country. We have many overseas offices in Asia, Europe, North America, and other regions, and through daily collaboration with HR in each country, you will naturally acquire an understanding of global operations, the ability to respond to issues, and the ability to coordinate.
