Job Description

■Recruitment Background
Transforming HR systems and shaping the future of our organization. At the heart of this effort is the HRIS Team.
Spanning all HR functions—including recruitment, transfers, performance evaluations, and compensation—we drive transformation by connecting frontline teams, IT, and management, leveraging our expertise in systems, data, and business operations. We are currently rebuilding our global HR systems (attendance, payroll, talent management, etc.), and as the core of this effort, we are responsible for building the foundation for “strategic HR.” We are seeking someone who can lead this global transformation as an “in-house HR consultant”—someone who grasps the big picture of HR, visualizes operations, identifies challenges, analyzes data, and consistently proposes solutions ranging from policies and operations to strategy.

■Job Description
1. Streamlining and Standardizing HR Operations (Leading Overall Optimization)
Gain a cross-functional understanding of all HR processes—from recruitment to transfers, performance evaluations, compensation, attendance, and payroll—and work with frontline teams to drive the visualization, redesign, and development of global SOPs. Clarify “who should do what, when, and how,” and lead the standardization of operations globally.
2. Visualization and Utilization of HR Data (Supporting Management and Frontline Teams)
Integrate and manage HR data across the entire company and all locations to support both frontline teams and management through issue identification, report generation, and KPI monitoring. Drive the evolution of HR from being "based on intuition" to being "backed by data."
3. System Implementation and Automation (Supporting Through Systems)
We lead the implementation and optimization of global HRIS systems such as Workday and SAP. By clarifying business requirements, integrating systems, and implementing automation through RPA and other technologies, we build highly reproducible operations. This role involves not merely “operations,” but designing and evolving the HR framework itself.
4. HR Issue Planning and Transformation (Driving Transformation)
We propose system design, operational transformations, and HR strategies to address fundamental challenges identified through HR data analysis. You will also be expected to serve as an “in-house HR consultant,” providing insights to executive leadership and driving system improvements.
5. Cultivating Global HR Careers (A Pathway to the Future)
The HRIS team is a “development-oriented position” where you can gain a holistic understanding of HR operations while working with practical HR practices and cultures across different countries. With our many overseas offices in Asia, Europe, North America, and elsewhere, you will naturally develop a global understanding of HR operations, the ability to address challenges, and coordination skills through daily collaboration with HR teams in each country.
This position serves as the “foundation” for your career, opening the door to diverse career paths such as overseas assignments, global HRBP roles, policy planning, and HR data analysis.

Qualifications

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Interest and enthusiasm for global HR operations
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English

■Desirable Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Ability to identify issues, analyze them, and see the implementation of solutions through to completion
・Knowledge of HR management systems (HRIS, HRMS) (experience with the implementation and operation of Workday or SAP)

Work Conditions

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8–13.7 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–670,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the above.

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime may apply)

Based on the working hours of the employee’s department, with the decision left to the employee

■Holidays and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
