Job Description
Background
We are looking for a person who can lead a global project to promote DX of HR operations. We are currently working on the renewal of time and attendance management systems around the world, as well as the digitization of recruitment and talent management as needed.
This position will play an important role in promoting HRIS strategies for all organizations, including overseas offices, and leading the streamlining of HR operations, advancement of data utilization, and optimization of operations and systems from a global perspective. The mission is to build and enhance the HR platform to support business growth by collaborating with HR teams and related departments around the world and leveraging HR technology.
■ Job Description
1. optimization of global HR business processes
Analyze HR business processes in each country and promote system improvement, standardization, and streamlining of operations.
Develop global SOPs, and support their implementation and establishment in each country. 2.
Decision-making support through HR data management and analysis
Ensure consistency, compliance, and security of HR data in each country and strengthen data governance
Design and build data-driven reports and dashboards to enable management and HR teams to make decisions quickly and accurately
Promote performance improvement through the development and monitoring of HR KPIs. 3.
Promote global HRIS projects (system implementation, integration, and automation)
Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS (Workday, SAP, etc.) based on HR technology strategy
Collaborate with HR and related departments in each country to organize business requirements and promote system implementation and integration
Optimized data integration between HRIS and payroll systems, attendance management systems, etc., to achieve consistent system operation.
Promote process automation using RPA, AI, etc. to improve system operation efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Global HR experience
Knowledge and experience in talent management, global HR system (governance) design, human capital development, organizational development, etc.
Business level of Japanese and English (TOEIC score 800 or above)
Preferred experience, skills and abilities
Knowledge of HR management systems (HRIS, HRMS) (Experience implementing and operating Workday and SAP is a plus)
Experience in overseas assignment (local company secondment, regional HR) or experience working with overseas local HR in Japan
Experience in leading task teams consisting of multiple departments
Ability to identify issues, analyze, formulate solutions, and execute them
Experience in project management
Global HR experience
