■Department Overview
The mission of the Marketing Department, to which you will be assigned, is to correctly communicate PLST's brand and product values to more customers and to make them PLST fans. The Marketing Department consists of the Marketing Team, which is responsible for the formulation and execution of product marketing strategies, the production of creative that embodies those strategies, and the dissemination of information online and offline, and the Digital Commerce Team, which is responsible for the planning and operation of e-commerce site production, customer acquisition, and CRM to build e-commerce sites that enable customers to enjoy shopping in comfort. This position is expected to be assigned to the Digital Commerce Team.

■ Job Description
As an assistant to the e-commerce site photography team, the following duties are expected to be performed.
Sample management for shooting: Arrangement of products, delivery handling, inspection, preparation for shooting (changing tags, steam, etc.), and data entry of products
Prepare shooting environment: Preparation of shooting equipment, maintenance of shooting environment, and assistance in shooting.
Management of shooting progress, checking images after shooting, retouching requests, image registration requests, changing images displayed on the website, etc.

Career path
As an example, there are opportunities to work on model shoots, proactive management of product shoots, and numerical analysis of information provided (shoots, measurements, manuscripts) to improve operational efficiency.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
At least 1 year of experience with Excel functions (SUM IF, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop (basic operation level)
Experience in administrative work such as schedule coordination and work procedure management

Employment Status: Contract Employee
The employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit to the number of contract renewals (total period or number of renewals).

■ Annual salary
Annual salary range: 3.64-4.71 million yen (monthly salary: 240,000-310,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
Bonus: Semiannual bonus twice a year
Promotion: Twice a year (based on personnel evaluation)
(*Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations based on annual salary and experience in previous jobs.

Working hours
Working hours: 8 hours per day between 7:00 and 18:00 (9 hours of restraining time, of which 9 hours are for work. (9 hours of working time, including 1 hour break)
