■Career Path
・You will start by working on system operation and maintenance as well as small- to medium-scale system enhancement projects to gain business knowledge.
・You will not be limited to system operations and maintenance; in the future, you will take on an end-to-end role as a development project leader or system planning and project manager, handling everything from defining business challenges, system planning and strategy, and defining business requirements to system development and operations.
・You will have the opportunity to work on projects expanding not only within Japan but also into overseas markets, broadening your scope of activity on a global stage.
・Through transfers to other teams within the IT department or to the business side, you will be expected to play a role in driving solutions to the company’s management challenges in the medium to long term.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

・At least 3 years of experience in system operation and maintenance
・Understanding of the entire system development process, from requirements definition through testing and release
・Experience in organizational or project management, or experience mentoring subordinates or junior staff

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in system development for the distribution, retail, or manufacturing industries
・Experience in project management or as a project leader in system development
・Experience in basic data analysis using SQL and proposing business transformation initiatives
・Business English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher is preferred)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.56 million to 9.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000–560,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
