UNIQLO, a subsidiary of Fast Retailing, now operates in 26 countries, and customer payment needs are becoming increasingly diverse. To manage and control these payments globally while ensuring security and reliability and meeting customer needs, we are now recruiting new team members to join us.

■ Department Overview
This team, part of the Finance Headquarters, oversees payment functions for stores and e-commerce. Specifically, we plan and deliver new shopping experiences and expand the range of associated payment methods. We also strengthen payment governance across our global operations and serve as the primary point of contact for negotiations with credit card companies.

■Job Description
・Conceiving payment services that enhance the customer shopping experience and launching new services
・Negotiating with credit card companies and other parties to optimize payment costs
・Implementing security enhancements in collaboration with country-level representatives to minimize payment fraud (unauthorized use)
To drive these initiatives, you will need knowledge of retail payments in each country, an understanding of industry trends and foresight, the ability to negotiate with local payment providers, and the capacity to collaborate with the CEOs and CFOs of our group brands in each country.

■ Career Path
You will be assigned to the Global Finance Services Finance Team. After joining the company, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise as a finance specialist, as well as explore career paths in related functions such as corporate planning, accounting, tax, IR, and procurement management. Additionally, given the close ties to e-commerce and IT, you may also have the opportunity to participate in the development of payment functions.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Knowledge of payment systems in Japan or another country, and at least 3 years of work experience in payment-related operations

■ Desirable Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in payments within the financial industry (credit card companies, retail divisions of commercial banks), corporate enterprises, or consulting firms
・Expertise in Fintech or e-commerce
・Experience leading new business initiatives as a project manager

■Language Skills
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher is a guideline) is required

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8–13.5 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–750,000 yen)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
